The app is shite. Hard to use. Asks for a million different numbers. Doesn't auto fill anything. Unable to store geofence location. I can only hope the actual tracker works.

Absolute rip off!!
Absolute rip off!!! My tracker stopped transmitting that took them a week to notify me of meanwhile my insurance was not valid for theft, so far it's been 10 days . I rang and followed their instructions the woman was useless she literally had no idea what I was talking about!! They then charged me another £80 for a new one because my insurance company said if I didn't they would cancel the insurance. So if my campervan had been stolen in the week I didn't know it had broke I wasn't insured.. To be charged to have to buy a new one add insult to I jury!!! I've now cancelled my insurance and tracker myself
Their answer of the review better aimed at the insurer isn't correct they are the ones that know if the tracker has stopped working and also their call centre that didn't help at all they were the ones that took the time to let me know it wasn't working so my review of them stands

We’re sorry to hear that you are not happy with the process. However, we would like to clarify that the Tracker was provided as part of your insurance policy, and the decision regarding replacement process and the cost is determined by the insurance company.
As the device provider, we are required to follow the instructions and requirements set by the insurer and do not determine the policy terms ourselves. Any concerns regarding the replacement policy or reasons for chargeable replacement, would therefore need to be raised directly with your insurance company.
Based on the nature of the concerns raised in this review, we believe the review may be more appropriately directed to the insurance provider, as the policy decisions referenced are theirs rather than ours.
