Initial fee was paid by supplying dealer. Follow on & renewal fees are too expensive. I have no idea if tracker works. I moved & used caravan several times with no contact from tracker. Contacted aeveral times ro renew. Pointed out issues. Offered an additional unit + activation cost on top of tracker subscription, to have an app on my phone. Should be all included in the price. £78 extra for basically an air tag +£48 activation fee, on top of tracker subscription is too much. App based location for customer should be included in the subscription. You need to look at your set up & pricing & get realistic rather than opportunistic. Thank you for responding to my review. For piece of mind install a tracker unit
Between both the Tracker Network UK and RS Connect the installers, the whole process from ordering a tracker unit and getting it installed the process was very quick and installed within a few days.
I would recommend these companies for piece of mind.
