I needed to sort out a new subscription due to my existing one about to finish. It was showing on my app it had already run out, but I knew this was not the case. I emailed TRACKER and received a phone call the next day. I was able to discuss the renewal rates and decide on the correct plan for myself. The support given was very professional.

Very pleased with the purchase of my Tracker and the fitting process one comment I would make is that at the time of sale I was told the unit would be fitted the following week this did not happen the wait was a little longer not a big problem but would be better if a more accurate fitting timescale could be provided at the point of sale
