Tranferred membership to my new car, having sold the old one. New unit fitted..Technician was polite and did a great job. Actual set up on the app took a couple of calls to Tracker but all sorted and working well. Easy to use!

Great customer service.
0I recently received a Nano Tracker from my insurance company for my motorhome. I had problems trying to register it on the Tracker website so called Tracker customer service. I spoke to a lovely lady called Angel who went through the process with me online and provided me with the correct information to get the unit registered. All done in a very professional way, thanks Angel. If only all customer service was this good.

I had to have a Tracker 5 fitted due to…
I had to have a Tracker 5 fitted due to the value of the car. I keep getting error messages from the system. Tracker asked for me to check with the installer. This was done and all was good. Trying to get my problem solved has been impossible for 2 weeks now. I will mention this to my insurance company, as I totally pissed off as I am getting nowhere with Customer Services Dept.
