Poor communication!
Avoid! TPT have been shocking. The communication between DB and DC departments is non existent. I have completed everything my end, there have been long delays due to mistakes made. No acknowledgment of emails/ communications sent despite escalation followed. Next step pension ombudsman. Terrible customer service. Happy to take your money, not so keen to hand it back!

Outstanding Help from Raj. Issue Finally Escalated
I applied for my TPT pension withdrawal on 01/04/2026, but since then I had not received clear or helpful information from other customer service advisors. This caused delays and frustration, especially as the matter was urgent.
Today, 23/04/2026, I spoke with Raj, who listened carefully and promptly escalated my request. He was professional, understanding, and took immediate action to move things forward.
Raj provided excellent customer service and showed real commitment to helping customers. However, the company should improve the quality and consistency of its customer service advisors to prevent delays and avoid potential dissatisfaction in the future.
