I bought a Total Gym Press Trainer ( Out Of Box Unit ) about 5 weeks ago, and I think now is the time to write the review of this excellent piece of equipment. The delivery was very fast, the unit actually arrived earlier than expected. The unit was an ex-demo, so it came already assembled. One bolt was partially loose, so I had to remove it and re-tighten it back properly. Another bolt was missing completely, but I was lucky to have the similar bolt at my house, so I just put that one in instead. Then I tightened all the nuts & bolts there were just to make sure the unit would be like newly-assembled. I purchased this particular presser because I have bad knees, so I cannot stand when working out - this presser allows me to work my upper body completely, I can even use it as a bench for working out with dumbbells. The sliding board is very quiet when in use, and overall, I am very happy with this press trainer. It is very-well built and sturdy, it doesn't make any creaky noises, and I believe it will last me for the rest of my life, honestly. Paul

I've been using total gym for almost 10 years. My son recently wanted to get one. Total gym helped me make that happen for him. The service I received was excellent, it arrived in only 2 days and he is delighted with it. As with all total gym equipment the 1100 is well made, of good solid construction and easy to use. I can't recommend total gym highly enough.

All the way from initially enquiring to delivery, I was taken care of. Not only is the equipment amazing but also is the politeness and dedication of the Total Gym Team. This purchase has saved me from lockdown boredom and gym withdrawal :) I don’t need a single piece of any other gym equipment, this does it ALL! Thank you TotalGymShop for all your help.

Worst customer service !!!

Placed order a month ago but still no updates. I tried reaching them multiple times but no way to reach them .. Emails sent to them are being bounced. Chat person just copy paste the template they have. Phone calls are being diverted to voice mail. This is so annoying.

Total Gym UK (Ethics Leisure) are brilliant. My initial enquiry was over the weekend .. the reply was still the same day. Andy Gill was/is very knowledgeable of the product and understands customer needs .... or more importantly, understands each customer's needs are quite different. IMHO .. companies should be very much judged on how they deal with a problem. I had a couple (caused by me) of issues which were sorted and dealt with rationally and efficiently.

Total Gym have a good range of products to suit age and pocket. A definite contender if considering home resistance equipment (can use for CV). If I was undecided based on specification, I would go with a Total Gym solution based on the supplier.

I have just taken delivery of an Encompass Model and really could not be happier with the product, which is really first rate, but even more so the assistance I got from Andy throughout the buying process from first enquiry to final delivery. He answered my questions, suggested models that would suit my needs and followed up to make sure that I had received the carton on time.

In times when customer service has waned, I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

Thanks again to total gym for the prompt Delivery of the abcrunch attachment, tries it yesterday seems really affective,my only gripe is dvd won't play on my laptop,not a crisis buy annoying.

I made the online order, received an email confirmation.

When the goods were ready to be dispatched I received a text letting me know.

On the day of dispatch (1 working day after my order) I received a courtesy call to let me know.

The goods were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I am seriously impressed by this company

I like it.I bought it 2 weeks before and start to using it straight away in rented double bedroom.Folding easy and compact.Before buying I was worried about if it make a noise.So is not much noise if you do exercise carefully.On internet I found videos with even more exercises.I am 40 years old.With right diet it makes good results.

Excellent communications, good price and speedy delivery even in trying circumstances. And the kit is great.

I use this every day. Highly recommended.
