Excellent customer service and the products are of a very high quality. I ordered the XLS Pilates toe bar and the XLS Crunch pads both very good quality and very good additions to my XLS total gym.

Ordered the equipment on Sunday evening was notified on Monday of delivery date for Wednesday.Gym delivered on Tuesday Excellent and fault less service.Brilliant!!!

From order to delivery was so smooth and fast. I ordered n Friday afternoon and received Monday afternoon. After 3 days of using a small issue came up. I got in touch and the issue was sorted with a replacement part being sent the very next day. Great service

After doing some research on what kind of gym to purchase I had it in my mind that I wanted to use equipment from these guys. I still had a few questions I needed answering so I got in touch with customer services who were very helpful in my enquiries. I ordered my machine and it arrived very quickly with easy set up instructions. After setting it up I still had a few queries as to if I'd set it up correctly. I emailed sam at customer enquiries once more and he got back to me pretty much straight away. Top marks for the quality of the equipment and the professionalism in which they run their customer services. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Well done guys and keep up the excellent standards.

Packed in such a way that allows one to remove the gym, like a hat from a box. A few minutes later and I'm working out.

My youngest son, who is a long term gym member, gave me a short demo of the various muscles used with each setting. "That's a serious bit of kit, Dad."

The gym is a mechanical wonder! A serious work-out - every muscle - multiple levels of difficulty, or easy, if you prefer. Folds like an ironing board so absolutely brilliant if you wish to reclaim the room space, when not in use.

The Total Gym xls is not a fluffy, unsteady, noisy, use once or twice before dropping it off a your local charity shop, gimmick with rubber bands.

The Total Gym xls is a serious, superbly engineered machine, suitable for young and old.

Until my recent Google search for a suitable, space saving gym, I had never heard of the company, or their products.

I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase and highly recommend it to everyone - young or old!

They kept apprised of the reason why the unit was going to be delivered late. When the unit finally arrived in the uk I was informed straight away. When the total gym was delivered, it arrived on the day they said it would. I would definitely by from this company again.

I couldn’t fault the service from the totalgymshop. It was excellent. I did encounter a few administrative hiccups which had nothing to do with the totalgymshop but were caused by shipping the total gym to Spain, and clearing customs. The machine arrived in perfect condition and I have very much enjoyed using it. It’s a fantastic piece of equipment, being very versatile and very effective. The exercise videos, which are available for free on YouTube, are a good way to familiarise oneself with the range of movements and exercises adaptable to the totalgymshop. Anyone who is anxious about exercising or suffering with back issues, will definitely enjoy this machine. It improves fitness, body tone and flexibility. It is easy to store and easy to use.

Great customer service and the Total Gym came promptly, on the day promised, with lots of exercise inspiration too. I've done a great workout on it already – I could definitely feel it the next day – and look forward to exploring more exercises over time. I think I may need to buy a few more accessories to do some pilates exercises, but even just with the standard accessories there's so much you can do. Great piece of kit.
