I purchased the Total Gym Rower and I’m very happy with it, Its very sturdy excellent build quality. It’s not your traditional rowing machine, it’s a full body workout, great for improving fitness and toning muscle. Great service and support from Total Gym.

'TotalGymShop' were extremely helpful in overcoming the 'BREXIT' paperwork between UK / Ireland - and took care of logistics / paperwork.

From the initial online order, I received the 'TotalGym Encompass' in 4 days - as if it was 'SHOP LOCAL' - no hassle.

I have a total gym 1000...which I bought over 30years ago...
The machine is great..use it 6 times a week..
The wheels had finally disintegrated...and was told my model is no longer made, therefore no spares either..
On contacting the total gym shop, Andy sorted out some possible replacements from another model...these were ordered on the afternoon and arrived early morning 2 days later.
They fitted perfect, so now up and running again..

Only shop in UK for total gym equipment so for that reason they are very useful.

Good shop for total gym but they slow to reply if you email them.

The service is absolutely first-class. All questions are promptly and fully answered. Indeed, It's difficult to imagine how it could have been better

Great service and very efficient delivery. Andy was very helpful, answering emails immediately, and outside office hours. I'm thrilled with my Row Elevate. It's some machine.

The wheels were not delivered on time, delivered three days after promised date. It’s also a pity that the spares are so expensive. But I absolutely love the gym and I own two of them.

I recently purchased an Encompass, due to Brexit there was a slight delay with the delivery but I was kept informed the whole time.
I can’t fault the service and corespondents I’ve received and would happily purchase from them again.

Item we ordered was damaged in stock before being sent to us. We was emailed with options and hung on to wait for more stock to arrive. Sadly hubby gave up waiting and order has had to be cancelled for a refund. Every email sent was answered very quickly and couldn't fault this part of the service. Product at the time of ordering was the cheapest we could find. Would check them out again for sure.
