Toad Hall Cottages Recenzje

Great company.
Have used them a number of times. They address issues well and in a timely manner.
Properties generally as described.
Good , hassle free, value for money

Super helpful arranging a late booking. Definitely use them again.

We've had two holiday bookings so far with Toad Hall and have found them to be a very efficient company.

I have used this company for the past 5 years to book properties in the Devon area. Toad Hall Cottages have proved to be very efficient and reliable. They have some excellent properties to choose from. They communicate well and the booking and holiday experience is always hassle free. That’s why I keep coming back to them.

Used toadhall Cottages for years now and always found them reliable and helpful, especially the lovely Wendy. The only time I had a real problem with a property toadhall sorted it out quickly and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend these people!!

Sir Anthony.

We have booked multiple holiday cottages with Toad Hall and all of them have been excellent and exactly as described. When there have been issues then Toad Hall have been amazing in their responsiveness. This has been both when sorting out minor maintenance issues (sticking door etc) or more significant issues like our need to cancel, or a flooded property which was no longer available.

This is a First Class company that we know we can trust.

Perfect location on the south Devon coast.
Major has been totally refurbished which was a great improvement as it had become a little dated.
Unfortunately there were a few cleaning issues. The sinks in the bedrooms were not clean and the downstairs bath was dirty.
However we love this location and makes for a great family get together.

Great location, overlooking the river dart in Dartmouth, town centre just a short stroll away. Dumped the car for a week and used bus service, ferries ,and steam train to surrounding towns.
Car park for small to medium size cars otherwise you'd struggle to get out of your car.

We have booked through Toad Hall Cottages many times and found them to be excellent agents for holiday lets.
We would highly recommend them.

Pro’s. Lovely cottage. Very comfortable ,very well equipped, amazing location on the estuary with mudflats to water lapping below you twice a day.

Cons. Parking and access to cottage is a faff but ok once you’re in. Lighting on the steps from road needs attention. None working as of October. Some building work next door but was not an issue for us.
Twin room mattresses felt thin .

Good selection of properties. Easy booking process and good communication from company.

Gorgeous property, stunning view. Need to be fit fir walking round and to and from the cottage..but it is worth every step. Great people and staff in all the pubs and shops are awesome..😊

First class service which keeps us coming back!

Our experience of Toad Hall Cottages and the properties they market has always been good. I wont lie when we found out that there was to be major gas works outside the property during our stay we were a little concerned, but THC took care of arranging alternative parking nearby and provided us with an electronic permit.

When mum was hospitalised during our stay, Toad Hall Cottages went above and beyond to support us with the challenge of not knowing when she would be discharged, arranging with owners a continuation of stay for me if needed, putting my mind at rest and allowing us to focus on getting mum fit and well.

Great service, excellent communication and fantastic properties. We will be booking again!

We made a last minute booking. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly, efficiently and all with a helpful, friendly manner. Great experience, would definately book again.

Lots of lovely properties in the south west, all of a good standard. Booked easily on line, website is easy to use with suitable filters. Given lots of information about the property and surrounding area, attractions, pubs and restaurants. Quick to reply to any queries, either by email or phone.
My new go to company for booking cottages !

Always good to deal with as they give accurate descriptions and excellent photos of each property available.
Easy to book and they keep you in touch with arrival details etc as you go along .
None better.

We loved our time at white cottage. The house is great, really comfortable beds and spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area. People had mentioned road noise but we found it really quiet and peaceful. It’s a brilliant location and great if you have dogs - nearest beaches are all dog friendly. Also fab walks minutes from the house. Toad hall as good as ever - thank you

Toad Hall Cottages are always great to deal with, professional and friendly service, helpful with any queries.

We had a great time in Lyme Regis & found the accommodation very comfortable. We did need to contact Toad Hall about a technical problem & within 30 minutes Joe the maintenance man arrived. What a super team & Joe is a great advertisement for the company. Looking forward to returning.

Very helpful staff, good variety of cottages etc.
