Charged Extra and the Car Wasn’t Cleaned Properly
Very disappointing experience. I booked the standard package for £55 at bentall centre but was charged £59.90 without any explanation. To make matters worse, the car wasn’t cleaned properly. Areas like the cup holders were still very dirty. For the price, I expected a much better service. Definitely not satisfied and wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry your visit to our Bentall Centre location didn’t meet your expectations.
Regarding the price, our packages are priced according to vehicle size, so the final cost can sometimes differ from the starting price shown on the menu boards.
That said, this should have been clearly explained to you at the time, and we apologise that it wasn’t. We’ll make sure our team communicates any price adjustment before work begins.
We’re also disappointed to hear that areas like the cup holders weren’t cleaned properly. That isn’t the standard we aim for, and I’ve shared your comments with the team at this site.

Extremely Disturbing Experience – Verbal Abuse and Harassment of My Wife at Cwmbran
I am absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of an employee at the M Cwmbran (Gwent Square) car washing site on 17 October 2026 at approximately 2:39 pm.
My wife and I approached the employee simply to ask a few questions about their waterless car washing service, as we were unfamiliar with the process. Instead of politely explaining the service, the employee became defensive, rude and increasingly aggressive.
When we calmly pointed out that his manner of speaking was inappropriate, the situation escalated dramatically. He directed extremely offensive and misogynistic verbal abuse towards my wife, calling her a "b#t#h" and a "c#*t".
We were shocked and deeply distressed by this completely unacceptable behaviour. No customer, particularly a woman simply asking about a service, should ever be subjected to such degrading and humiliating language in a public shopping area.
We are taking this incident extremely seriously and are in the process of reporting it to Gwent Police.We have also contacted Cwmbran Centre Management regarding the preservation of CCTV footage.
I expect the company to investigate this incident urgently, take appropriate disciplinary action and ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment.
This was not simply poor customer service. It was an appalling display of aggression, disrespect and verbal abuse.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this service to be cautious based on our experience. No one should have to endure such treatment when making a simple enquiry.
I expect a formal response from the company explaining how this incident will be addressed.

BAD SERVICE @ Bluewater shopping center
I used this service today at the Bluewater Shopping Center and I totally regret paying £160 GBP for a Ceramic Deluxe (in & out). I was told that the spots of dust would be removed easily from roof, bonnet, bumpers, headlights & alloy's. Instead after 2h it’s seems to me the car was not taken care of. The interior of the car was spotless but the exterior definitely was extremely disappointing considering the price I paid for. I wonder why we have to pay in advance clear because the service mentioned on the website or at store isn’t done correctly.
I need this handled ASAP. I’ll be calling my bank to cancel this payment considering I didn’t the service I paid for!

I used the service at Ealing Broadway, and I must admit, it was a real pleasure!My car was left absolutely shining, and the gentleman working there clearly knew exactly what he was doing. 100% Recommend Dom For Next Clean
Had our car detailed by Dom in Bristol (cabot circus) station and he did an amazing job on our polo ( it looks like it came out of the VW showroom). An absolute scam of a business. I paid £25.00 for a half valet, and they left the inner barrels of my alloy wheels caked in thick, filthy brake dust. When I called out the incredibly lazy work, the staff aggressively tried to gaslight me—claiming the wheels are only cleaned properly if you shell out for their £75.00 package.Charging paying customers twenty-five quid to leave a car covered in grime isn't a service, it’s extortion. They hold your car hostage to push a dynamic where they do half a job, hit you with zero care or effort, and then try to upsell you to a £75 tier just to fix their own incompetence. An absolute disgrace of a company. Save your cash, avoid this rip-off, and go to an actual professional who takes pride in their work. If I could give zero stars I would!

I had a really bad experience at Buchanan galleries around 6 years ago and vowed never again. However, two babies and needs must, today I went shopping at Silverburn Glasgow and Abraham cleaned my car inside and out. I’m very fussy and particular. Can’t fault the job done. Also excellent customer service - couldn’t to enough for me. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely return + highly recommend!

Shocking - car left unattended when unlocked
I got the platinum service - car was nice & clean afterwards.
Giving a two star review because my car was left unlocked unattended. I was told to be back before 5pm as that is when they close. I arrived back at 4.50pm and the staff member was no longer there. My car had been left unattended unlocked which is unacceptable. I also was entitled to get free parking in the shopping centre but because the staff member had left I didn’t know how to do it so I also had to pay for parking.

However, we apologise that your vehicle was left unlocked and unattended after you arrived back at 4.50pm. We completely understand why this would be concerning. We will be speaking with the staff on site regarding what happened to ensure this does not happen again.
With regard to the parking, our current free parking offer at our locations applies to Diamond and above valets. If a member of staff agreed to cover your parking as part of a Platinum valet, the usual process is for the parking cost to be deducted from the total cost of your valet.

Pink car park car wash- absolute dogshit
I used the Car Wash company in Pink car park yesterday, I came back after 2 hours and £40 spent to find that they had done a half job of it. I only have a small car and have spent half of that price previously at other companies and they have done a much better job. They hadn’t of even touched my boot or back seats of the car, dirt still all over the carpets. The exterior still had patches of dirt on it too. Would not reccomend whatsoever!! They just seem to be rushing between cars and not even getting the proper job done!!

Car cleaned at Bluewater yesterday
Car cleaned at Bluewater yesterday. £40 for a car wash is not cheap but is convenient so sometimes worth double the cost of local car wash however the job was nowhere near as good, the boot was not hoovered at all, any little stains on outside were not given any attention, the same with the inside. Its a very basic, car wash for £40 but convenient with zero customer service, no thanks, no acknowledgement of me even getting in my car to collect it. If needs must your car will be clean ish.

Honestly I’ve had my car cleaned once…
Honestly I’ve had my car cleaned once every month consistently. We stopped in at the oracle reading whilst shopping and the car was insanely cleaned and looks amazing. Thank you Shamir and team, great service. Highly recommended! We live in twyford area and will be coming here from now on!
