How worse your system? Can't afford people searching the finger print centre and then get block. Email system bugs can't activate the account.

Thanks for your response. But I can't tell you my UAN here, it's about my personal details. I try to leave message in your complaint system, it's auto reply me need to wait 10 working days.
Can you tell me how to avoid system block me when I searching the centre I can book in? if just because I frequently find the date when I can book in this is no point isn't it? And your system is too many bugs there for example I can't remove my cart item how it's possible? in the cart I keep got a lot error messages.

Je n'arrive pas à trouver de rendez-vous disponible pour mes parents qui souhaitent déposer une demande de visa pour venir en France nous rendre visite.

Disinterested and dismissive staff

I arrived 10 minutes ealry for my biometrics appointment at the Edinburgh city office as stated on the email confirmation from TLS. Was told that I was too early and to wait. No sooner had I sat down than I was told not to sit, but to follow the young lady upstairs. When I arrived upstairs, I was the only person there, but I was kept waiting whilst the staff all sat on desks chatting to colleagues. Eventurally I was called forward and was briskly "processed" and told to go over to get my biometrics done. The woman was clearly disgruntled as i must have moved when my photo was being taken and I was chastised and told to stay still whilst she took another photo. I also must not have held my four fingers properly for the scan of my prints, as she again tutted and handed me something as if I should know what to do with it. Apparently, I should have known that I needed to rub my fingers on it and place them back on the scanner.
All in all, a very negative experience was had with disinterested and dismissive staff. Not a great representation of the UK government from a 3rd party organisation.

Je tiens à signaler une situation extrêmement grave concernant le centre TLScontact de Marrakech.

Ma mère, de nationalité marocaine, a payé 400 € pour obtenir un rendez-vous “rapide”, puis 100 € supplémentaires pour un prétendu service “VIP”, soit un total de 600 €.

Ce montant est totalement disproportionné au regard du service rendu. Le service fourni a été médiocre, sans aucune valeur ajoutée réelle.

Plus grave encore : aucune facture n’a été remise pour ces paiements. Cela soulève de sérieuses questions sur la transparence des pratiques et la légalité des sommes encaissées.

Je suis de nationalité française et je considère que ces pratiques s’apparentent à un abus de confiance, voire à une exploitation de personnes vulnérables qui ne maîtrisent pas toujours les procédures administratives.

Un courrier a été adressé aux services consulaires français ainsi qu’aux autorités compétentes. Un signalement auprès des administrations marocaines compétentes est également envisagé afin de vérifier la conformité fiscale et administrative de ces prestations.

En tant que citoyen français, je refuse catégoriquement que l’argent public, directement ou indirectement, puisse contribuer à soutenir ou légitimer des pratiques qui s’apparentent à une forme de dérive systémique ou d’opacité financière. Les dispositifs liés aux visas doivent garantir transparence, équité et intégrité

Je déconseille vivement à toute personne de payer des frais supplémentaires non clairement justifiés et sans facture officielle

Extremely frustrating

Extremely frustrating experience with TLScontact. I was unable to confirm my biometrics appointment due to repeated system errors, even though my family members successfully booked the same time slot. I tried multiple devices and networks, contacted customer support, and even requested manual booking assistance — but after more than a day, there was still no response.

This process is critical and time-sensitive, yet the system keeps failing and support is incredibly slow. It’s shocking that something so important and life-impacting is backed by such poor technical support.

Le nouveau business créé pour extorquer…

Le nouveau business créé pour extorquer l'argent des africains c'est sincèrement déplorable.

Pour prendre il un rendez-vous à l'ambassade de France à Yaoundé on a dû payer 2 fois 150 euro un total de 300 euro et on ne nous a toujours pas reçu

C'est le réceptionniste qui dit qu'il manque la mention EU sur le formulaire.

Un formulaire qui se rempli automatiquement suis à des réponses au questions posées.

Après 300 euro de dépense le dossier n'a même pas été introduite.
Une vrai Mafia. Des excro de première catégorie

This website could not book any appointment

This website doesn’t work properly. After struggling with account registration for the past 48 hrs, now could not book any appointment at all. You could not talk to anyone and get it resolved. Can only speak to the staff but only for Fresh visa. Request to send on line form but no further update. Pls could someone get it resolved asap.

The website(server) is really awful!!!

TLScontact website(server) is really awful!!!

Waited till mid-night and paid 500 quid for priority service of my settlement last night, just hoped that I could finish the whole progress ASAP. However, TLScontact couldn't do the job right. Nearly 24 hours, the failure is still there too. How come?

It failed to redirect from UKVI website to TLScontact to make biometric appointment and upload the documents. The browser keeps showing either 'whitelabel errors' or freezing in a blank page, it seems TLScontact got problem with the internal server.

After payment for UK naturalization…

After payment for UK naturalization application I should be redirected from UKVI page to TLScontact to manage account, book an appoitment for biometrics and document uploading,all I recieving is just white label error message code 500,there is no customer service at all to solve the matter not even telephone number,it is realy very frustrating to deal with them.Service is realy shocking

Zero Star - Fix it now

Hope I could give zero. Trying 100 times to book an appointment but keep getting blank page and now error page. Keep trying using differen web browsers (Chrome/Firefox/Safari), normal or private, with different devices (laptop/phone) but unable to proceed. Unfuncationable and unusable site without any help or report button stressing applicants. Outraged.

Unethical business practices and unprofessional conduct

I am writing this to warn others about the unacceptable customer experience at the TLScontact center in Tashkent. My recent visit was marked by what I can only describe as "forced upselling" and verbal rudeness.

My appointment was at 16:30, yet I was not seen until 16:45. Despite their own internal delay, the staff—specifically Ravshan R.—informed us that because it was approaching 17:00, we were now required to pay for the Premium Lounge service to proceed. It is outrageous to charge customers for a "premium" service simply because the center failed to stick to its own schedule.

The behavior of the staff was shocking. Ravshan R. was rude and showed zero professional ethics. There was no attempt to help; instead, they were confrontational and dismissive.

This is not just poor customer service; it is a systemic issue where applicants are pressured into paying extra fees.
