Mon expérience concerne TLS Contact d'Antananarivo, le paiement en ligne frôle l'arnaque, on a payé 1 fois par CB et une fois par téléphone. L'argent est encaissé mais le site de TLS CONTACT nous remonte un échec de paiement et le rendez vous n'est pas confirmé. Beaucoup de personnes se sont plaint de ce paiement en ligne. Et on n'a pas moyen de récupérer notre argent malgré les réclamations avec preuve de paiement.
Can't book an appointment due to its faulty web applications. When I tried to resolve this with the call centre, the staffs were patronising and impatient, and my issues are not resolved anyway. I strongly suggest the embassies to move their visa application outsourcing somewhere else.

As is normal, it takes hours to try and find how to log in to the platform to print the required documents. Most frustrating. The bot chat is useless and there is no link to log in. Goes around in circles between UK gov website where it is also impossible to find the login and back to the service provider. Using the UK gov email to find my application, says it cannot find the link. Pathetic.

Would be zero if I could! Due to untrained customer support (four agents all apparently told me the wrong thing) and tech glitches, I wasted 1.5 months trying to get an appointment. Led to me having to cancel one trip and now potentially missing another one. Feel helpless and infuriated to think that the French consulate has spent must be a lot of money to help them process what would support French tourism and a lot more - but it is so incompetently managed. Für die Papiere unserer Hochzeit mussten wir vor 2 Jahren einen Termin kaufen, seit dem hat sich nichts verbessert. Einen Termin für die Legalisation von Unterlagen ist nicht möglich. Da helfen auch keine Anschuldigungen unterhalb der Bewertung. Das System verbessert sich leider nicht und als Betroffene bleibe ich mit meinem Problem alleine zurück.
Wende ich mich an meine deutsche Botschaft dann werde ich dort abgewiesen, weil ich keinen einzigen Mitarbeiter angeboten bekomme, der deutsch spricht. An meiner eigenen deutschen Botschaft benötige ich einen Übersetzer von der Arroganz am Empfang ganz zu schweigen.

A REALLY BAD company which wilfully abuses the monopoly it enjoys over granting visas. You have no choice but to use their service such as it is. Their website is virtually unnavigable and appears to be deliberately so. Expect to spend at least 8 hours answering inane and intrusive questions designed to intimidate. They are also uncontactable via phone or email and again this appears to be deliberate. I tried to obtain a UK visa for a friend and trust me, they wouldn't have got anywhere without my help, particularly with the language. It could not be done online but also required a physical visit to the capital city of the applicant's country with the cost that entailed to have mugshots and fingerprints taken - all to go to England for a two week holiday. At their office which is pasted with pictures of red buses and black taxis, somehow meant to be representative of English culture (they have no theatre or history apparently) my friend, a young woman, was subjected to an ordeal including being stared at for a long time by someone I suspect was an intelligence agent. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience and very expensive. What you actually pay is far more than the official charge for a visa. For example, you will be charged €50 for uploading your documents which you have no choice about. This company is owned by institutional investors including Blackrock which tells you all you need to know. It's about extracting as much money as they can from vulnerable people which is what they're good at. As far as England is concerned, it's not a good look but then foreign relations were never their strong point. They are in the dark ages just like the rest of the country.. The visa was denied with no right of appeal so they made a lot of money out of us for nothing. It's about time there were some controls put in place on these people. Their answer to this comment is unsurprisingly asinine and unhelpful but what can one expect really from a shameless organization allowed to act as it likes by inept politicians?

Since 11 March 2026, my family of four has been completely unable to book a single appointment at TLScontact's Bishkek centre to submit our Schengen visa application.
The system is broken: zero slots, constant website errors, no visual calendar. Customer support is unreachable – no reply to emails, only an automated phone message. Local management, including the centre manager, ignores all inquiries.
We have confirmed, urgent travel: our first trip starts on 21 May 2026 – a wedding of friends in Germany (celebration on 23 May). We also have an international convention in Poland in July. We risk missing everything.
The German Embassy says they cannot intervene. TLScontact is our only channel, but it has failed for over two months.
I ask TLScontact management to urgently fix their system or grant my family one appointment slot. I have all supporting documents.
This review is my last resort. Please restore trust in your service.
The entire staff were very welcoming, friendly, attentive and quick to provide service.

Was promised a Refund in January , and its April still havent got any.
I had applied for Transit visa in Jan, and one of the staff in TLS London counter ( due to his lack of knowledge) rejected the application and told me to apply again with ' Family and Friends' category. When I discussed the same with the Manager on Duty later, I was promised a refund for the last application in 8 weeks ( as it was their Fault) . I still havent got anything. TLScontact turned what should have been a routine visa application into an expensive and utterly infuriating mess. This whole fiasco revolved around travel insurance that cost me just £9.85, the cheapest item in my entire trip. That was the issue that apparently justified derailing an application after I had already spent close to £500 overall. To make the absurdity even worse, Coverwise’s current website shows its annual multi trip cover starting from just £9.70, which underlines how trivial this sum is in the context of an international travel application.
What is so maddening is that this was not some major discrepancy involving thousands of pounds or suspicious financial evidence. It was basic travel insurance. TLScontact is clear on its own website that its role is the administrative side of the visa process, helping governments by handling front end application services while the government focuses on the decision itself. If that is its role, then basic communication and common sense should be the minimum standard. Instead, a minor issue relating to a £9.85 insurance payment was allowed to snowball into a failed application because an email request landed in spam and nobody made the slightest sensible effort to resolve it quickly. I was asked proof of payment for my insurance ie copy of bank statement but nowhere does it say on their website that I have to prove payment of insurance. For the record, I paid for the insurance when I travelled to France in October 2025 so not sure why the insurance document was doubted this time and needed to be proven as paid for.
A simple phone call could have resolved the entire matter in minutes. TLScontact had my details. They had my application. They knew the issue. Yet rather than use any practical judgment, they allowed the process to collapse over the cheapest document in the file. That is not efficient administration. That is bureaucratic stupidity and indifference masquerading as procedure.
What makes TLScontact look even worse is that public complaints suggest this kind of chaos is not unusual. Recent Trustpilot reviews complain of broken logins, failed booking flows, repeated error messages, lack of appointment availability, web forms disappearing into the void and applicants being left frustrated after paying substantial sums. One reviewer described “broken login, broken booking flow, and shockingly poor support”, while another said there was “no way to reach this service provider other than a web form sent into the void”. That pattern fits my experience perfectly.
The most insulting part is the complete lack of proportion. I was not asking TLScontact to solve a complex legal problem. I was dealing with travel insurance worth £9.85. A company entrusted with handling time sensitive visa administration should not be incapable of dealing sensibly with something so minor. When applicants are paying serious money, handing over passports and organising travel, they are entitled to expect a process that is competent, responsive and not destroyed by trivialities.
My view of TLScontact is simple. It is an expensive administrative bottleneck that seems far better at generating frustration than solving problems. In my case, it helped wreck an application over £9.85 of travel insurance, despite that insurance being the least significant cost of the entire trip and despite the issue being one that could have been resolved with the bare minimum of customer service. That is not professionalism. That is an embarrassing standard of service.

I am sharing my experience with TLScontact to highlight ongoing issues with their appointment system and customer service.
For several months, I have been trying to book a visa appointment in London without success. I was repeatedly advised by customer service to check the system regularly, but no more than three times per day to avoid being blocked. In practice, appointments appear to be taken within seconds, making it extremely difficult to secure a slot under these limitations.
As my travel date is approaching next month, I decided to travel to Edinburgh to submit my application instead, which will involve additional time and cost. However, I am currently unable to proceed because my existing application for London must first be deleted by TLScontact before I can create a new one and book an appointment in Edinburgh.
Three days ago, I was instructed to submit a request via the contact form and was assured multiple times that my application would be deleted within 48 hours. During that period, I followed up by phone and was advised to wait. After 48 hours had passed, I contacted TLScontact again and received conflicting information from different agents:
* I was told I would first receive a response within 48 hours, and only then would deletion take an additional 48 hours
* Another agent advised that the process could take up to 72 hours after a response
* A third agent escalated the issue but was unable to provide any clear timeframe
This inconsistency has made it extremely difficult to plan a time-sensitive visa application. I have kept records of these communications.
In contrast, I experienced a similar issue last year, which was resolved immediately by an agent, suggesting that the current process lacks consistency and efficiency.
Additionally, the system appears to strongly favour paid services. Standard appointments are extremely difficult to obtain, while paid options (such as premium slots or premium lounge) are more readily available. Over the past four years, I have repeatedly had to pay additional fees due to the lack of accessible standard appointments.
At this stage, due to the urgency and lack of resolution, I am considering escalating this matter to the French Consulate to seek further guidance.
I hope TLScontact takes this feedback constructively and improves transparency, consistency in customer support, and accessibility of appointment bookings for all applicants.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of functionality on this website. The user interface is incredibly difficult to navigate, and the appointment booking system is fundamentally flawed. Attempting to make a simple date change requires the user to start the entire process from scratch, including creating a new account, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the call center was unable to provide any assistance or viable solutions. Even in-person, the staff required a completely new application just to update basic details. This service is inefficient and needs a major overhaul.

Their system has been down for a week now, so my visa application has been delayed for a week now. All they say is that there is nothing that they can do about it. The French Consulate really should not use their services. I have travel coming up very soon and my passport has not even reached the Consulate.
