Used Titan on two occasions whilst in Barcelona. Courteous drivers and really professional, they took us to destination as expected.
The car had enough place for everything we had.
Customer service reached to us to confirm we had our taxi with no problems and asked for a confirm when we reached our destination successfully. Thoroughly recommend as great value for money

The transfer went smoothly and although they can’t change my booking time but the driver arrived unexpectedly at my desired time. The person liasing make sure i arrived at the destination safely. Recommended service.

Travelled with my son from Barcelona airport to the city centre. The customer service has been second to none. The online service to book the transfer was very easy and great value for money. The WhatsApp communion was excellent and the driver really friendly and professional.

Super well organised and friendly, on time and with all the detailed information you need when arriving at the airport till the hotel.

Simple instructions to reach the greeter, plane was late and immigration delayed so I was worried I would miss them but waited there and got taxi to my hotel . Driver was careful and polite . Taxi was clean and he offered me a drink which was lovely . They kept in contact to make sure I was safe , as a lady travelling into the unknown it was appreciated!

Vor der Hinfahrt erhielt ich keine Infos über die Abholung und den Fahrer. Erst mit Ankunft bin ich angeschrieben worden, obwohl ich kein Internet hatte. Nachdem ich fast 40 Minuten gewartet habe, bin ich von einer spanischen Telefonnummer kontaktiert worden. Der Taxifahrer wäre wohl in 5 Minuten da. Es vergingen wieder 15 Minuten und als ich den dann vor Ort gefunden habe, vergingen wiedermals 20 Minuten. Mieserable Organisation. Die Rückfahrt war etwas besser. Ich hatte den Tag bereits vor Abflug noch geändert und das wurde mir bestätigt. Am falschen Tag bin ich dann aber vom Taxifahrer angeschrieben worden, dass er heute käme. Hier musste ich mich wieder absichern, dass die Abholung klappt. DIese verlief dann perfekt, deshalb der 2. Stern.
