Booked through booking .com . Gave flight details . Flight on time . Texted Rep on landing and when collected luggage . Rep met us telling us to wait for the driver . We waited over 20 minutes and kept being told to wait . Given no information regarding the time the driver would arrive . Rep unhelpful . Didn't ring the driver . He had no idea how long we had to wait . My husband required assistance at the airport and after 20 minutes waiting we decided to take a taxi from outside . Paid to have someone meet us but we did not get this service . Not an airport service

Franchement rien ne s'est passé comme prévu. Chauffeur qui ne nous attend pas au bon endroit et n'a suivi aucune de nos demandes. Il a fallu contacter titan transfert via l'application booking pour entrer en contact avec eux . Nous attendions à l'aéroport sans information. De plus lors de leur arrivée, Aucune écoute et le comble on nous demande si nous fumons pour vous vendre des substances à la sauvette 😲 sérieusement.... Ils étaient aussi en train de demander dix euros de plus en liquide à une famille qui attendait son taxi.

Stay away from Titan Transfers. I booked VIP option for me and my family for the ride from Newark to Manhattan. Prepayed, had a confirmation. Nobody showed up. After 45 minutes I was finally able to get some on the phone. Broken English. First it was my fault according to them, they said I am at the wrong pick up place. After additional 10 minutes, they claimed "the driver had an accident" and they are unable to provide already paid service.
Ok, I ask for a refund. No answer, ask politely again. Refund came through but we still had originally booked return trip. And they send confirmation for return from the City to Newark airport. Again nothing, nobody showed up. After 20 min I call the number "we are checking, your driver has details" Of course there was no driver. I get Uber notification, Titan has ordered Uber for us. Ok. I wait for Uber, Uber is cancelled. No one is answering the phone. I get a text, you got a refund.
What a scam. Stay away from this guys.

Transfer scheduled for 7:50 receiving message if we could change to 7:30am which we agreed
Day of pick up driver messages us that he is outside 6:45 ready to pick us up. Confused were to find him as we were in a pedestrian only
Once arrived at the airport you are not dropped at the actual door or departure but rather drive parks the car walks ahead of you to show you were to go

Company did respond to my concern however this is normal practice show up 45 min early And have you walk from the. Airport parking lot to the entrance !

Nunca llegaron por nosotros a Punta Cana, los esperamos por más de 1 hora y nunca llegaron, nos dejaron tirados y nos tocó usar otro medio de transporte y no nos quieren devolver el dinero. No usen esta empresa y menos pagándoles por adelantado.

Transfer was perfect. Driver was punctual, he contacted me by WhatsApp to say he had arrived. Turned out to be a city cab driver in a Tesla. Vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Driver was pleasant and we were able to converse in English.

Chauffeur énervé qui n'arretait pas d'invectiver les autres usagers. Il roulait à une vitesse excessive en ville, doublait par la droite et a même grillé un feu rouge.

Had an airport transfer pickup cancelled without notice, was waiting at the airport and only when contacted they let us know it was cancelled due to a driver accident. Funny thing is my parents also had a pickup same time and when asked about their pickup the had to lie and say the driver is helping the other driver.

2 weeks later another airport transfer was again cancelled. Only found out when I messaged them what time they’re arriving.

They really don’t care to inform you and won’t bother trying to find a solution.

The company was in contact for the whole time. The driver was kind and helpful. Clean and sufficiently comfortable car.
