Everything was excellent, safe travels and correct

Arrived in Barcelona. Initially a short wait. Taxi driver then proceeded to take a route via heavy traffic. Google maps showed the journey should be 30 minutes. Journey took over 90. Driver was arrogant and rude. When challenged played the ‘no speak English’ card even though we had spoken when I got in. Do not use this company. Tried getting in contact. Was told a supervisor would call. Nothing. They do not want to know. Now been told to contact booking agency. Very poor service and attitude. You have been warned!

The drivers and dispatch were in constant communication with us. I felt secure and looked after. Five star all the way!

We had a wonderful experience! Our driver was waiting at the airport with us and kind and helpful. He shared information about the city we were visiting and sites to see. The car was clean, spacious and very comfortable!

Barcelona, my flight arrived on time from Madrid. Go out of the arrival gate, no one there. Must send messages, my 74 years old was tired. After few minutes one man came to me, no sign with my name, no uniform, no badge. He was Pakistani, he was deported from the UK and he was now in Spain (he said that), I thought it was my driver, nope. He asked to see my booking and made few phone calls to see if I had a booking. Finally, someone answered and yes I had a booked and PAID transfer. After more phone calls he said, let’s go out, the car is out. It was raining, but the car was not there. Wait more time and finally a car with a driver arrived. We landed in Barcelona at 10.50pm, we were out at 11.03pm, we arrived at the hotel few minutes after midnight. It was supposed to be a 20 minutes ride, it took more time than the flight. If this company offers this kind of service, better to avoid them.

On Airports Taxi Transfers London ("ATTL"), I booked transfers between the Miami Airport (MIA) and the Miami Cruise Port (1/4/26 and 1/16/26). ATTL designated Titan Transfers as my taxi service. Titan failed on both ends.
On 1/4/26, my Delta flight (#2339), from LaGuardia (LGA) to Miami, was cancelled. I got another flight from LGA to MIA on American #980. ATTL gave me Titan's phone number (646-503-0394) as the emergency number. When I called Titan about my flight change, they told me to call my booking agent. I was not about to call London. And, Titan was supposed to handle emergencies. So, when I arrive in MIA, I took an Uber.
On 1/16/26, Titan was supposed to pick me up at 9:15 AM to take me from the cruise port to the airport. Titan told me that my driver (Julia Coloni) was running late. I texted with Julia several times. Julia arrived 35 minutes late. When she arrived she told me that she was there to pick up another party from my cruise. Why would Titan assign Julia to two parties? After I complained to Julia, she left without taking either party. Irresponsible. So, I took a yellow taxi to the airport.
I would not recommend Titan Transfers.

Can’t fault the service provided, was quick and efficient, friendly drivers, you will receive message from your drivers of the pick up times so puts your mind to rest about, would definitely use this service again if visiting Prague again in the future

Everything was perfect customer support everytime help you whenever you need my flight was delayed by 1 hour and they every time help me. Fully Recommended

I booked Taxi with Titan very late at night when I arrived to Barcelona for the first time. Everything went smoothly and the driver was very calm. Before I booked I talked to a man named Muntasir who helped me through every process. He even checked with me if the driver drove me to the hotel safely (because as I stated before, I arrived very late in Barcelona).

Ci ha accompagnato all'auto e siamo arrivati in struttura in poco tempo.
