We booked with Titan for an airport pickup but upon our arrival, we did not see our driver anywhere. This was incredibly concerning and frustrating. After multiple attempts to contact Titan, a representative finally got back to us to inform that they had to release the driver. This would’ve been less frustrating if there was proactive follow up/updates from the company but instead there were no comms (until we reached out). Never booking with them again. 100% would not recommend.

Never use this company again. We had booked with them for Barcelona airport pick up but we couldn’t find the driver. They kelp blaming us we were late so they had to release the driver. When we complained, they said they had to do an investigation. They never care for the customer’s complaints . We are here to tell the truth about the terrible experience on that day. We wish no one has to suffer any thing like us. It end up we had to pay triple the price we had booked with them. Really not worth.

I just want to share my terrible experience with this company.
We booked a transfer from Bacelona airport to our hotel on October 26th 2025. Our landing time was 8:35 am . We went out from custom and tried to looking for Titan driver at the meeting point. We were looking around and around but found no one with Titan's sign or my name. I tried to call and texted Titan's presentative at 9:26 am but no response. I kept texting then I got an answer at 9:34 am that the driver waited us one hour and half so they had to release the driver!?!????
No matter i showed them all information about timing that we were not late over one hour. But they still insist that we were late for one hour and half.
After one month and many times email and talked to Titan. They told me waiting for their investigation and now the still said we were late over one hour even i sent them all flight landing time, texting time with their presentative that everything happened under one hour.
Very disappointed.

Never book with this company again. We booked a pickup transfer from Bacelona airport to our hotel. We couldn't find the driver. But they said we were late over an hour. But actually from the time we were out from the custom just later then landing time about 40 minutes. But they told us that the driver waited us an hour and half then they had to release the driver. We sent all the timing information showed that we were not late. But they don't care and never refund the money for the service they didn't provide. Very bad!

We requested a 5am pickup to take us to Barcelona airport. The driver arrived on time and knew exactly which terminal to take us (based on airline - I wouldnt have known this). I would most definitely have confidence in using this service again.

Communication from the company was good, however we could find where we were supposed to meet and we were looking around for quite a while. Managed to speak to someone quickly though and eventually found them. Would use again

Everything was perfect. Driver arrived earlier, informed us about arriving. Trip was smooth and safe. Services was 2 times cheaper than order in hotel.

We were delayed over an hour to get through passport control from our flight. Excellent communication during that time. When we finally got through, the car arrived within a few minutes. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Thank you!
