Our flight arrived early which must be a bit of a nightmare for companies offering transfers however although it took us a little while to find our 'greeter', the communication from him and Titan was superb. We would highly recommend this company.

Booked to meet us at Barcelona airport on 17 October, booking was very easy and good price. Communication was very good, but problems arose whilst going through security because of the new check in system, as a non eu traveller the que was very long and slow, the driver kept ringing me to ask where we were and didn’t seem to understand that there could be delays, they wait an hour and as it took us longer than this to get through Security he left. I was initially upset as 2 women on their own late at night in a strange county, I had to contact the company who for an additional charge sent another car to get us. Return journey was fine as he turned up in plenty of time. Overall good service but people need to be aware that this new entry system may take them over the taxi waiting time.

The company called me and verified the booking, then sent a message and had contact with me to make sure the driver found us. Great customer service. All took place in the middle of the night. Safe and fast ride to our destination.

Excellent service. Very easy to book and good communication. Driver was early but waited very patiently.

The greeter was not at the arranged meeting point when we arrived. He rang me and asked where I was and I told him exactly at the spot he'd have given us the picture of. Then we would have to wait approximately 10/15 mins for our transport to arrive. Not very professional at all. I have taken many private transfers and this was possibly the worst. It would have been faster to get a taxi.

I used Titan transfer taxi service three times during my stay in Spain. Taxi service was on time and dropped us at the destination safely. I didn't have proper network for phone calls, even then I received constant updates on the driver location, taxi number, arrival time via WhatsApp as requested. I would highly recommend Titan transfer and will use their service on my next journey.
