Think twice before buying from Titans Kitchen.
I purchased a frying pan from this company, and it arrived damaged. The quality of the product was also far below what was advertised on their website.
Their website states that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund. Based on this policy, I contacted customer service. They initially told me they would provide a return address and issue a full refund once they received the item.
After waiting several days without receiving the return details, I contacted them again. Instead of providing the return address, they offered me a 25% refund and asked me to keep the product. I declined because I wanted to return the damaged item and receive the full refund promised in their return policy.
They then increased their offer to 40%, and later to 50%. After going back and forth, I eventually accepted the 50% refund because I no longer had the time or energy to keep fighting for what their own return policy appeared to promise.
I was also told that the damaged items would be replaced, but I have still not received the replacements.
This experience was very disappointing. The product quality did not meet expectations, I received damaged items, and the return process did not match what was advertised. I hope the company improves both its product quality and its customer service so other customers do not have the same experience.

Unable to use pan as only one bolt to attach handle. Also, no lid as advertised. Numerous emails and phone calls unanswered. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

Regarding the lid, some of our cookware is available both with and without a lid, depending on the option selected at checkout. If your order included a lid and it was missing, we’ll gladly send one to you as soon as possible.

Detailed yet brief description of the product answering all questions regarding the materials used. It was important that there were no coatings used in the product. Easy checkout and especially liked the free shipping and promised short delivery time. Have been researching various manufacturers and the pricing is a legitimate discount. I bought a Titanium frying pan and a Titanium spatula.
I bought a Titanium frying pan and a Titanium spatula for frying eggs and steaks tomatoes and sausages amongst many more items.
I have found it very good after following the instructions for seasoning the pan I have been able to cook and clean the pan with very little effort.
You must follow the instructions carefully, and the more it is used the better it becomes none stick!

I’m loving my new pans
I’m loving my new pans. The nine inch pan is going to be the most useful but for cooking a kilo of mince the 11inch one will be great. And they clean so easily.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I purchased the titanium pan, having not read the reviews prior. Big mistake. Once I read a few reviews, I tried to cancel the order before it was sent, but they wouldn't allow it. Got the pan. The handle is seperate and doesn't fit right. I asked 8 times in emails to return the pan BEFORE I used it and they repeatedly refused to give me the return address. They suggested I use the pan and then return it if I didn't like it. I used it and was utterly disappointed. A heap of rubbish. I asked to return it and they then refused to accept it as I'd used it. Crazy. DO NOT use this company. Their conduct is entirely uncomscionable.

Handle fitting is very sub standard,nuts and bolts,holes the wrong size,doesn’t sit flat on the hob,handle too heavy so it tilts on the bowed base..,after oiling with grapeseed oil it certainly isn’t non stick,total waste of money,avoid at all costs..,oh! and just to let you know it’s from China,despite the very Western style website,when I opened the box and saw the quality,I thought,uhoh!! Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. Not sure if it's just not good with induction hobs, but very difficult to use at all without food sticking horribly despite multiple attempts at seasoning the pans, and having to use Avocado oil. It seems like hard work to get pretty mediocre results. I can't even let the rest of my family use the pans, because too many detailed instructions, so they've gone back to using non stick or ceramic.
The warranty is useless, they won't accept the pans back, unless you pay shipping to China. A very disappointing experience, £150 totally wasted.

The pan looked great but needs honest video about discoloration.
The pan looked great, I followed the advice warm then higher then a little oil.
The steak stuck to the pan this first time. I repeated the process the following day and turned the heat up a bit. Food was fine but the pan is discolored. Seems a price to pay, I would have preferred it to look new!
Getting more used to using the pan, changing my cooking style which helps so overall now I’m happy with.
The advice about cleaning is fine and thank you for the reply. I bought it as it suggested easy clean as well as non stick and healthy surface to cook on. If I start cleaning for aesthetic reasons it will be ongoing work which I don’t want to do.
As said discoloration is ok, just not explained as normal and unimportant for food cooking.
I’m happy with product and company feedback.

Regarding the discoloration, pure titanium can naturally develop some color changes when exposed to higher heat. This is completely harmless, does not affect the performance or safety of the cookware, and can often be restored with proper cleaning techniques.
