The pan looked great but needs honest video about discoloration.
The pan looked great, I followed the advice warm then higher then a little oil.
The steak stuck to the pan this first time. I repeated the process the following day and turned the heat up a bit. Food was fine but the pan is discolored. Seems a price to pay, I would have preferred it to look new!
Getting more used to using the pan, changing my cooking style which helps so overall now I’m happy with.
The advice about cleaning is fine and thank you for the reply. I bought it as it suggested easy clean as well as non stick and healthy surface to cook on. If I start cleaning for aesthetic reasons it will be ongoing work which I don’t want to do.
As said discoloration is ok, just not explained as normal and unimportant for food cooking.
I’m happy with product and company feedback.

Regarding the discoloration, pure titanium can naturally develop some color changes when exposed to higher heat. This is completely harmless, does not affect the performance or safety of the cookware, and can often be restored with proper cleaning techniques. It can also be a helpful indicator to use slightly lower heat settings, as titanium distributes heat very efficiently.

impressive
Despite the relatively long wait for the frypan to arrive, once it was here it was worth it.
The fry pan is just great, light weight for lifting, no Teflon lining, easy to wash, no scrubbing, just wipe it clean and put it away until next time. And it looks attractive on the bench.

It works as advertised
It works as advertised. Either proper care and cleaning it does the job. Beware that it transfers heat very evenly and efficiently. Therefore, you get great results with a lower flame. I used a small amount of oil and that’s all it takes.

This company is a scam, i ordered a skillet that I did not recieve. When I called 505 544 4162 that is listed on their web page, the number is nonexistent. So I am just out some $70.00 or so. Do NOT waste your money, they are a scam.

I couldn't find seasoning instructions…
I couldn't find seasoning instructions (did get them from you! and also subsequently found on a tag that came with) Needless to say I could have seasoned a bit more but still good. Eggs !! they did stick but cleaned up easily enough. Next I cooked burgers, I love the lid much less mess on the stove!!!

My first use of the pan was to fry…Fried Eggs
My first use of the pan was to fry eggs. I used a tiny bit of oil and made sure the heat was low. After cooking, I wiped the pan with a white tissue before washing. A black film appeared on the tissue. I was concerned. I fried eggs again and used butter. No black film on tissue. Yesterday I cooked a hamburger and used oil again. Black film again. It seems that when I use oil there is a black film?? However, I LOVE my new frying pan! Just knowing it is a "safe product" is wonderful! Has anyone else mentioned this black film? What you’re describing can occasionally happen during the first few uses of brand-new cookware and is usually related to residual oils or seasoning residue interacting with cooking oils. A thorough wash before first use and a few cooking cycles normally resolve this completely.

Im very happy with my new pan
After a very long wait for my pan to arrive and having to put the handles on myself (not too difficult) I find that I am very happy with it. I followed the instructions for first use and I've had some excellent culinary results. It doesn't stick at all and cleaning is a breeze. All in all im very happy 😊

The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because it really wasn't clear enough for me how much oil to use to season the pan for the first time. I must have not used enough, because my eggs stuck to it for the first use. Otherwise I am so happy to use something that will last and not add toxins to food.

Seriously the customer care of this…
Seriously the customer care of this company is a joke. Despite emailing them multiple times regarding refund process, no reply from them. Now I am absolutely certain that this is a hoax company. These guys are selling expensive but poor quality, used metal pan in unlabelled cardboard boxes, completely unassembled with no booklet for instructions. I am absolutely certain that the Pan will not turn out to be titanium if tested. These guys are scammers and should be reported to appropriate authorities.

Dangerous pan lid and shocking customer “care”
My issues are more with the lid I bought with the pan, and Titan’s Kitchen’s“Customer Care”.
The pan arrived with the pan handle and lid handle in a separate box. My partner fitted them carefully.
The very first time we used the pan (on low-medium heat), within a minute or two the lid handle shot off into the air at considerable speed and force. The immediately the lid shattered all over.
Fortunately, the lid handle flew away from me. I was standing in front of the stove, so if it had projected at me it could have gone straight into me eye.
I immediately emailed Customer Care to say what had happened, attaching a photo of the shattered lid.
They sent me another one, this time with a broader metal rim than the first one. But no handle for the lid.
I emailed again, asking where the handle was.
They replied as follows:
“ We have checked with our team, and as per the assessment, only the lid was reported as damaged. Based on this, a replacement lid was shipped to you.
Regarding the handle, it is not included with the replacement as it was not identified as a faulty or missing part at the time. If you would like us to arrange a new handle for you, we can certainly assist with that; however, it would require an additional cost.”
I am shocked that “Customer Care” expect me to re-use a lid handle which was clearly dangerous and which could easily have caused physical injury (which would have been Titan’s Kitchen’s fault).
And now they expect ME to pay for a new handle and shipping! What kind of customer “care” is this?
My advice is to steer clear of this company and its products - for your own safety.
