Is there Zero stars? Dave Ramsey should wake up! This company wont even answer the phone. We are at One year and counting. No call back, no nothing. But yet you sure got your money on time. And yes your response to this review is to email your marketing team. You all ready have our info. Stop replying to bad reviews and do as you promised. Or give us all our money back.
Very disappointed

It took WEEKS to get any type of response from any team members! I was told that they would also work with the credit agencies to have the negative mark removed. When I FINALLY received a response from a team member to alert me that I had been released from my timeshare and that the paperwork would follow I was then told that the credit reports were I problem to resolve on my own. To this day, this issue is now showing up as a FORECLOSURE on my credit report!!!! This is the ONLY negative mark on my credit and it has brought down my credit score! I have tried to dispute it but obviously I don't have the correct terminology to get this removed. This information is not included in all of the commercials! I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone!

If I could select zero stars I would. Was nice and had ok communication initially. That quickly went away. I had to initiate all communication from there on out. We were guaranteed out in 18 months. After 3.5 years we asked for out refund which they were quick to give. I personally spoke to the owner of the company on several occasions. Still did not help my case. We kept getting told we were close, but could never be given any specific info. We were given information in the beginning and then the tune changed a year and a half into it. It was terrible. Would not recommend them in anyway shape or form. You are wasting your time and money if you go with them.

I have not heard back from you guys in for over a year I have sent a couple messages in the past with little and no response.. I have not gotten a update in well over a year now... I started this process with your company on September 16, 2015 over 4 years ago.. your 100% guarentee stats the within a 3 year period that it will have been done.. so with that being said I am asking for my refund of the amount paid in my contract of $5,505.00... 4 years and 3 months is well over your 3 year guarentee.. otherwise I will have to contact the BBB and file a report.. throughout this whole process i have been dissatisfied with the little to no communication..

This is my third post about Timeshare Exit Team and Reed Hein. I have been dealing with them for 3+ years now. From the start, I had difficulties getting any communication/updates from them. Only when I reached out did I get any information - if you could call it that! All I was ever told was that the 'lawyers' were working on it. After some time, the responses dried up and I had to use this forum to get in contact again. It turns out they had moved Canadian files to the US office. In the response they sent at that time, they addressed both myself and my husband. I had previously shared with Timeshare Exit Team that my husband had passed away. Clearly, my file had not been looked at! I then started asking my Time Share if they had had any communication from the Timeshare Exit Team or Reed Hein or any lawyers at all who were attempting to negotiate my release. The answer was a definitive 'NO'. I have since hired a lawyer on my own and worked through a release from my contract myself. During this time, I asked Timeshare Exit Team and Reed Hein to provide me with some documentation showing what they had done on my behalf. I did not receive a response at all. Again, clearly, nothing had been done by them on my behalf. I have now asked to be refunded based on their stated 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am not only dissatisfied, I am angry that this company has taken my money and has not provided any of the services they claimed they would carry out on my behalf. The only communication I get in response to my emails is that 'management is looking into it'. This has been going on for several months now. I even provided them with a copy of my Time share's statement that no one at any point in time from Timeshare Exit Team or Reed Hein or any other lawyer had contacted them on my behalf. I STRONGLY suggest you avoid doing any business with this company. If by chance I do get a full refund, I will once again post, but in the meantime, save yourselves from being taken advantage of and avoid at all costs!

The process took about 2 years, my only negative would not being given updates. When I emailed them they did respond within a week most times. My time share was located in Massachusetts, is the reason it took 2 years, but they were successful,

Over four years ago I signed on with ReidHein / Timeshare Exit Team. They were advertising heavily on a talk radio show I listened to and they had a local representative in my city. The signup and payment was quick and easy, then nothing was quick or easy after that. My ex-wife really wanted timeshares...until the divorce settlement.

The Exit Team was able to complete 2 exits over the first year. However, the remaining three with Wyndham dragged on and on for four years. I had to make every call for a status update. Virtually every call was identical - blaming Wyndham for not responding and blaming the legal system for not allowing easy timeshare exits.

Suddenly this summer, after nearly four years I received word I was being 'transferred' to another legal firm called 'Ardent Legal' and nothing more was heard from Timeshare Exit Team, even after emails and calls for details.

The Ardent Team member asked if I'd checked with Wyndham about my contracts which I had not since the Exit Team had been in charge of that. I called and discovered that Wyndham has cancelled my membership for "inactivity" and basically the case was closed. I had no loans for the contracts so they took my non-payment as closure.

Since it was not resolved by Timeshare Exit Team I feel I'm due a refund for the guarantee but again, no response from them. I would strongly recommend using ANY other timeshare exit organization rather than Timeshare Exit Team.

In 2018, we signed on with a timeshare in Cabo, Mexico.  Realizing it was a bad deal, I met with Reedhein & Associates  (also known as the Timeshare Exit Team) and signed on with them in April 2018 after they agreed to work on my behalf in securing my exit from the timeshare.

From the beginning, it was an ordeal getting them to respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.  It took them 6 months to assign me a Client Manager to me.  He started off by sending me an email asking me to file complaints against the timeshare company with the Attorney General, FTC and BBB which I did.  Within a few days, I was contacted by the resort timeshare company who agreed to let me out of the timeshare.  To do so, I would have to pay an additional $2700 to them.  Reedhein/Timeshare Exit Team advised me to keep haggling with them and ask to be let out of it at no cost to me.  Again, I haggled and exchanged numerous emails with the resort timeshare company.  I then realized that I was doing all the work and Reedhein/Timeshare Exit Team were doing nothing on my behalf.

After weeks of going back and forth with the resort timeshare company and filing more complaints against them, they sent me an email that they would not be relenting and that their original offer stands.  This is part of what I received from Reedhein/Timeshare Exit Team:

-Don't let them know you are working with Reedhein Timeshare Exit, it could jeopardize your exit.
-Don't agree to anything over the phone, if they come up with an offer, its okay to say that it sounds agreeable, but that you need it in writing.
-I just need to reiterate that we are not financial advisers, so the specifics of the negotiation are up to you and what you determine is best for your financial situation.

So, Reedhein does not work on my behalf and even told me in the email to not mention them.  What company takes your money but doesn't even show their name????  Again, I'm doing all the work while they sit back and take my money.  

Reedhein/Timeshare Exit Team offers a 100% Guarantee Refund if they are unsuccessful in obtaining an exit from our timeshare.  I solely secured this exit.   On no emails from the resort company is Reedhein copied.  The correspondence is strictly between me and resort timeshare company.  

I have asked Reedhein/Timeshare Exit Team to produce letters, emails, or any documentation of work they have done on my behalf and they are unable to do so.  Their simple advice of filing complaints with the AG and BBB does not warrant the $6995.00 they are charging me.  Per the contract, they did not secure my exit and are not entitled to this money.

Contacted these fine folks end of January 2019. Kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. Received word in October 2019 we were out of our timeshare contract.
We didn't have to pay anymore maintenance fees, that was such a unbelievable feeling. Thank you Timeshare Exit Team.

We have been in the middle of an exit for over a year and a half now. The Exit Team refuses to email us back nor let us know where in the world we are at in the process. We have been emailing for months now with no response. I’m starting to think this a a sham!

If I could give this company anything less that one star I would have. I have been working with them for 20 days shy of three years. My latest frustration is their inability to process my refund under their "Guarantee 100% Money Back" promise. I have been patiently waiting for a refund. I am told that it is still waiting to be reviewed after one month has gone by since my request. Then if will have to passed up the food chain of endless reviews. Not sure if I will ever get a refund.
Stay away from this company and their empty promises.
Dave Ramsey you should be ashamed of your endorsement of this company.
There are plenty of other companies who will get you out of your timeshare. I suggest you check them out first.

After listening to Dave Ramsey I called resort release in March .After I gave them $5600.00 to get me out of my timeshare at westgate.Taxes and maintenance was $960.00 that I gave them to pay.After two months never heard anything,called said it takes time.Then I got a bankruptcy letter that I didn't understand,tried to get my credit card to get me the money back,not gonna happen.Now Dave is getting money from EXIT TEAM which is a scam to.The attorney general of Florida says it happens all the time.Why are they the state of Florida not doing anything to protect the people like me and you.It is funny the 100% guarantee is a joke,get it back if you can is what it should be.Dave Ramsey don't care as long a he makes a profit for the advertising .All I can do now is hope the bankruptcy court comes through for me,after I was late getting my information sent in.If you get bankruptcy paper sent to you about anything ,don't wait call a attorney as sonn as posibble.Leonard Rodgers

This has been the most aweful experience I have ever had with any company. They are quick to take your money. Then you will not hear from them AT ALL. Do not use Time Share Exit Team. I see many reviews with the exact same issue, WARNING DO NOT USE this company. I paid 6k three years ago, signed a contract with their money back guarantee, that they would exit me from my timeshare. They say the average time would be 8 to 18 months, which is reasonable, and they do not honor their money back guarantee. As soon as you sign, they will become very hard to contact and you will not hear from them. After 18 months, they will start telling you that they are still trying but they have no exit in sight. They then tell they had to start all over again because the company sold to another (which is a lie to shut you up) and then you can't get a refund, because you are in an 'exit strategy' despite the fact that they have no exit in sight, they are just pretending one of their 'partners', a transfer company, is on it. In the meantime they want you to keep paying the timeshare fees and not using the points.If you demand a refund, they act as if you said nothing and wish you a good day. If you ask in writing, they ignore your request and send a generic email saying they will tell you if they have anything to report while you wait month after month, year after year. This company is shady. I have asked for my refund over and over again. Now they are missing in action. No communication. Next steps is to hire an attorney to help us with this.

This has been the most horrendous experience I have ever had with any company. They had me pay thousands of dollars, then pawned me off to some lawyer firm that ran me around the mulberry bush for over two years. When I complied perfectly with all the new requirements and paid additional thousands to the timeshare company, the lawyers told me I had to continue paying timeshare fees for more years, then disavowed any responsibility to me, saying they only work for TET, which continued to say it was all in the lawyers' hands and they had no more interest in me. BAD BAD!

We hired the Exit Team to help us get out of a timeshare. We talked to them about the details, paid the starting fee they required upfront and then waited and waited and waited for them to get going. We cooperated on everything they asked; including, not using our property for a year after paying all the dues. They passed along our case to 3 different teams and finally started working on it after 1 year. Then we were told that our money back guarantee didn’t start until the day they began “working on our case” so it was about 18 months when we were told they couldn’t help us. They tried to say that we didn’t cooperate and give them everything they asked for so we hired an attorney to help us get our deposit back. (In their advertising they make it sound like they will refund all your money if they can’t help get you out. Well that wasn’t true with us) Just beware.....if you use them, record all calls and document everything so you don’t have to give up using your timeshare for a year and hire an attorney like we did. It was very stressful!!

I would give this company a zero review if that were an option. I hired Reed Hein and Associates April 2018 and paid them $18,855.90 to handle the dissolution of my partnership with Worldmark and Hotel De L'eau Vive II. I was told by Ryan Vorhees, the salesman that this could take up to 1 1/2 years. It will be 1 1/2 years Oct 11 and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!! I filed a claim with the BBB and Janelle, an associate, wrote a generic letter that they were handling the transaction and it would take time. I wrote a letter back and asked what was being done for the $18,855.90, I asked for all the communication between Reed Hein and Worldmark. I was told that is privileged communication and I would not receive this. Each time I call I get an associate, Tijona twice and Ted once. They are very polite but you can get nothing done nor move ahead with this type of communication. I was told that the next level would be calling me within 3 business days. I'm surprised this company is still in business if they handle other cases like they have handled mine.

As an addendum no one contacted me in the 3 days. It’s been several days.

I was able to get out of my timeshare within a year.
