we paid out alot of money to them, telling us once we were done with our payments to them we would no longer have any issues and would be free and clear from the timeshare...WELL wrong!!!!!!!! The time share is now asking us for the same amount we paid to the exit team.....and Dave Ramsey research who you recommend because this one is a no go!!!!!!!!! and you dont even answer our calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up with Timeshare Exit Team paying almost $5000.00 in 2016 and they have not done anything nor will they refund my money as they promised. I have been fighting to get my money back for about seven years now and nothing. If someone know how I can get my money back please let me know. I am still trying to get out of my Timeshare. These are really bad people

Oct will be the 3 yr mark on our dealing with Timeshare Exit Team & Nov 17, it will be a year since they’ve answered any of my emails. We’ve gotten no updates or seen any progress from them! I agree with one of the other reviews, Dave Ramsey should be ashamed of himself for recommending them!
I too will be seeking legal council to rectify the situation!! I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!

IS ANYONE EXIT TIMESHARE? OR IT IS ONLY ONE REAL WAY TO EXIT - PASSED AWAY?

My message to ReedHein & Associates Timeshare Exit Team, Dave Ramsey, and the Timeshare Exit Industry:

Stop lying and further exploiting already exploited people of the Timeshare industry. Consumers beware of these types of schemes and hustles. They talk a good game but don’t follow through on anything. Believe me, we were manipulated by the Timeshare Exit Group by way of the endorsement of Dave Ramsey. They are supposedly one of the leaders of timeshare cancellation but they too are mere frauds. Read the plethora of complaints about them and all other timeshare cancellation groups on the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They stole over $4000 from us and was attempting to extract more through a so called 3rd party affiliate. They have stolen millions of dollars from unsuspecting customers who trusted them to help achieve an exit from their timeshare. Not only do they steal your money, but they tell you not to use your timeshare while they are trying to cancel it. Meanwhile, they don’t do anything with an attorney and they just file your case away for a year, never providing an update as to the status of your case. When you call, they place you on inordinate holds and lie, lie, lie. Years pass and you are still locked into your timeshare paying your annual fees without utilizing your timeshare. So your money is stolen from you by both the timeshare industry and the timeshare exit industry. They are all in cahoots together in the largest Ponzi scheme allowed in American business. They’re all crooks from the Timeshare industry to the fraudulent agencies claiming to be able to get you out of your timeshare. Don’t believe any of them. You are better off seeking terms of release on your own directly through your Timeshare company. Don’t let an outside entity further exploit you. Don’t be surprised if your Timeshare company refuses to release you. They are all sinister and heartless schemers who exploit hardworking people who merely want a means of enjoying the fruit of their labor that an annual vacation provides.

As of 5/2022 the "company" seems to STILL be in business and harassing elderly folks. If their daughter didn't overhear a phone conversation and wasn't able to get involved, the elderly couple would be out of (at least) $5,000. Shame on the man who continuously harassed the elderly couple giving them promises and telling lies!!

We contracted with Timeshare Exit Team to provide exit services for our timeshare on November 20, 2019. Signed all the papers and paid a fee for services of $4,845.15. Mr. Wilsey said ours should be easy as it was paid for and no loan existed. It should take from 9 to 18 months to complete. We mailed all necessary forms and warranty deed to Reedhein on November 26, 2019. Our case number is 96850. Received notice from Vincente Aguilar on December 3, 2019, saying all documents were in order and we would be assigned to the Customer Service team. We also paid our Maintenance fees for 2020 and provided documentation.

On May 13, 2020, we were contacted by ReSale Vacations with the news Timeshare Exit had given our case to them for service due to excessive workload. They said they helped TSE out with some excessive work. We provided them with documentation requested after confirming with Timeshare Exit Team as to the validity of their letter. They proceeded with an enstoppel process to verify our information which took until November 6, 2020. Paid 2021 Maintenance Fees in December, 2020, and sent documentation to them. We were advised that we had been transferred into the Inventory Phase which listed our property for someone to acquire.

From February to September, 2021, we received monthly updates which usually said the same thing with a few words changed and the date of issue. I asked for a better update in October, 2021 and all written communication suddenly stopped. I called the ReSale folks and received only a recorded message to contact TimeShare Exit Team. Called many times. Most numbers were either disconnected or no answer. I did talk to someone on three occasions and each promised me a report in 72 hours. No report! The last person said( I believe his name was Barry) "Management" had to approve the report. In early January, 2022 after I paid my third payment of Maintenance Fees, I discovered a memo on a search that TimeShare Exit Team was closing its doors, not taking phone calls, etc. Apologized but did not send this to me personally. The communication said they would be processing offers for existing clients and communicate by e-mail. That's it!

We are out $4,845.15 in fees and $2.356.59 in Maintenance Fees to date. We cannot send the documentation for the 2022 Maintenance Fees as there is not a contact person or address. No answers and feel ripped off by a lack of communication and someone to speak with. The contract says I cannot request a refund of fees until 3 years after the initial date of the contract. This is only after we have done all required work including paying of Maintenance Fees. I want some action on this from them. I am going to process complaints to the Georgia Attorney General and the Washington State Attorney General and maybe more. This is a terrible way to conduct business and as of right now, we are still stuck with this timeshare after the promises to have this completed in 9 to 18 months beginning November 20, 2019. They have been as bad as the Timeshare people selling the property.

My rating is 0. I was in contact with this company back in 2018. They never satisfied me by follow up phone calls. I paid these people over $5000 but cancelled when I realized what they were doing. This was not my first company trying to get honest and reliable help. I’ve been trying to reach Reedhein by telephone but to no avail. I’ve searched and searched online for days now. They take your money then disappear.

The only reason I gave the one start is because that is the lowest option on this site. We gave Time Share "Exit" Team over $5000, four years ago, to get us out of our time share based on a review by some good friends of ours. They had a smaller time share and ReidHein Time Share Exit Team got them out of it. Well, not only have they not gotten us out of the time share, but they won't answer any emails or send us any updates. I have been in contact with an attorney and will be filing suit against their company. I would gladly spend half what the fakes at ReidHein owe us just to make them pay our money back, or at least drive them deeper into the bankruptcy they deserve. STAY AWAY from these crooks, unless you like to lose money.

Working with this company has been the worst decision of my life (next to getting a timeshare in the first place). I too learned that this company is out of business. Found out in January 2022 after several emails that they never responded too. I'm out over $7k and I still have the timeshare. What recourse do we have to get our money back? I've never felt more robbed.

At 44 months, and way too much money with this outfit, I go online today to contact Samantha @ Reed Hein, and the website basically said they are out of business as of 12/31/2021.
I have registered with the Washington State AG, there is supposedly a big legal action against TET/Reed Hein. I'd be delighted to recover the excessive fee I paid them almost 4 years ago! What a terrible experience

Scam!! Hired them 5 years ago, did everything they asked and still in timeshare. Now, I’m trying to get my money back and every number I’ve called is “out of service”.

I signed up and payed 5 thousand upfront and its over 2 years and no one will call me back..stall after stall.
I keep getting the run around..I call now and it says the number has been disconnected.
I keep having to pay the maintenance fees that are highly outrageous..
I am not even allowed to use it...

Complete waste of your time and money if you even think of signing with these charlatans. Been at it for over 5 years and requesting money back on the 100% guarantee for 2. They refuse to do anything which is pretty much all they have done anyway.
Just keep letting everyone know how fraudulent they are so others don’t get scammed and hopefully they will go out of business

We entered into a contract with Reed Hein's Timeshare Exit Team on November 25th 2017. As part of the contract, we paid a significant fee to Reed Hein to help us exit our timeshare. The contract states that it typically takes 9 to 18 months for Reed Hein to complete the exit. In our case it has been almost 4 years and Reed Hein has not even contacted our timeshare company. I have contacted multiple Timeshare Exit associates at Reed Hein and in all cases they made commitments to start the process but in all cases they have not kept their commitments. I have asked to speak with a supervisor but they have ignored my requests. At best Reed Hein is a very disorganized out of control company that does not honor their contract or commitments. At worst they are a fraudulent company (which is what I tend to believe). Do not use Reed Hein's Timeshare Exit team as it is a waste of money.

This company is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been contracted for almost five years and still paying fees and taxes. They never follow up and just take your money like the timeshare group and leave you hanging. The refund policy is a joke because they NEVER answar the phone or email requests.

I signed with a Canadian representative in January of 2017 and was advised if they did not get me out of my timeshare within 18 months I would be refunded my money. Nothing but problems and always dealing with new employees. I dealt with the timeshare myself and was able to get out of my contract.
I wish someone would investigate this company and charge them with fraud. There are a lot of very upset customers.

This company is a total scam outfit. They will do whatever it take to avoid paying you even when there is a 100% money back guarantee. They’ll say they will get back to you and never do. It’s a revolving door of people you talk to turnover is high. No surprise given anyone with a conscience must get tired of lying everyday. I have caught those guys,lying, duplicity what the precious person said a year earlier, contradicting themselves and still no action almost 5 years in. Including refusing to honour their guarantee. If you want out talk the resort directly and if you have a medical condition or financial concern maybe they will do something. Even if they don’t you still will be out less than paying these scammers. Less frustrated too

Very disappointed in the customer service. Reached out to them on August 7, 2020 and there has been a lack of follow-up and updates on status. I have had to constantly reach out to find out what is going on and even then there is limited response back. Continued to reach out and no response back or at least a heads up with regards to what to expect next. I would not recommend this organization based on the services, I am probably even MORE disappointed since they were "recommended" by Dave Ramsey Show.

Stop do not go with this company they are FRAUDS!!!!..they take your money and string you along for years and have no intention of getting you out of your timeshare!!!
