Got us out of our 2 timeshares. Not a quick process, but that's more on the resorts than Timeshare Exit Team. Cost was well worth getting out from under the ever increasing yearly assessments.

Excellent, efficient, friendly service. I chose this company after seeing that they were recommended by Dave Ramsey. From the time they received the required documents from me it was only about 3 weeks until I received the release from my contract. I am tremendously grateful to Timeshare Exit Team for bringing this ordeal to a swift end.

When we learned about Time Share Exit Team we were a little leary. But we were desperate to get out of the time share scam. Once the agreement was signed and paid, they did exactly what they said they would do. Now we are free and clear of that time Share scam. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I had been owners of a timeshare for close to 25 years but had determined we were going to sever our ties, one way or another. We had talked to other groups that promised to extract us from our timeshare, but we were not at peace with them. Some of their procedures left us in doubt as to whether we would be truly free of our obligations, and with some we also had ethical questions about their procedures.

When we discovered that Dave Ramsey had recommended only the Timeshare Exit Team (ReedHeim), we decided to find out more. First of all, the Team told us that we would be through the process within 18 months. If our exit were not complete by that time, the fee for their servicing our account would be refunded to us. When we met with the Exit Team representative, we decided to proceed. Our fee was only a little more than our annual maintenance fee had become. After just 9 months, our exit was complete.

At all times when we had questions or needed some hand-holding, the Exit Team representative responded. My wife and I have felt a new sense of freedom ever since.

We had purchased a timeshare in 2007. I had a timeshare costing me over $400 a month, a maintenance fee of nearly $1000 bi-annually, and a suddenly growing family. vacation time was hard to come by and the money certainly had better places to go than a timeshare. Although the timeshare was fun and convenient, it wasn't fitting into my family life and budget anymore. One day in late 2016, while listening to the Dave Ramsey Show, I heard the advertisement for Timeshare Exit Team. I contacted the Team the next day.
The Team representatives were courteous, compassionate, responsive, and professional. I was always kept in the loop when changes occurred with the process. My phone calls were answered professionally and questions quickly. I am timeshare free now and couldn't be happier! I would absolutely recommend the Timeshare Exit Team to anyone wanting to get out of a timeshare money pit. I would also say that the payment you make to the Team will save you money in the long run. Don't hesitate, just do it!

Timeshare Exit Team SUCKS!!!! They took my money (in full payment) on Oct 31st 2018 and as of today (March 28, 2019) Nothing Has Happen and they do not communicate with me. Their customer service Sucks. And so far the results Suck. They told me it was an easy case. The only time they called me is when I gave them a bad review. SunSet still calls me once in awhile threatening to send me to collections but till now they have done nothing, just like Timeshare Exit Team. Not sure if they will get my case resolved (going on 3 years this Oct 31st 2019). If they do and they have any sense of decency or customer service they will give me a some sort of refund. Bottom line is I wish they would make this Time Share go away, just like they said they would do.

My first thought is I wish you more stars! I'd like to give them a million star rating! We were looking to exit our timeshare (a VERY difficult one which most exit companies will not touch). I can't tell you how many times we were scammed by other companies saying they could "help" us! Through a review by Dave Ramsey's Company we found ReedHein and Associates! We were informed right up front that our time share was very difficult to deal with. ReedHein kept us informed every step of the way! Yes it took 2 years for us, due to our time share company, NOT because Reed and Hein were not doing their job! When all was said and done we ARE VERY pleased to have trusted ReedHein - a cordial, informative, available, patient, knowledgeable, awesome group of people! We highly recommend them!

The best move we made to get rid of our timeshare. It cost us money and time but they got us out of being owners for the rest of our Iives and our children’s . It became a money pit with the maintenance fees. Thanks to the time share exit team, we are no longer owners. No more treats and the annual thousands of dollars fees. Thanks Timeshare Exit Team

After a not so good experience with another company, and hearing about Timeshare Exit Team on a local radio commercial, we decided to contact them. After meeting with them here in Charlotte and getting all the details of the deal, we agreed to have them do the work. What a great experience we had. Once they had all the info from us they went to work and after the estimated time to complete the release, we were informed we were released from our obligation! We would hardly recommend Timeshare Exit Team to anyone seeking a release from this burden.

As of today, the Better Business Bureau reports that at least 153 people have taken the time to file formal complaints against Timeshare Exit Team over the last 12 months. In an Alert, the BBB has "recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding contract, customer service, and guarantee or warranty issues. Consumers allege the business does not ... provide the '100% guarantee' refund." That's our complaint as well. It's great that Timeshare Exit Team has apparently been able to help at least some of their customers. But the experience for many other customers, like ourselves, has been that Timeshare Exit Team is not good about admitting when they have failed and honoring their 100% money-back guarantee. Please search for "timeshareexitteam bbb" and read some of the complaints for yourself before you decide to give money to this company. In our case, we asked for a refund 24 months after signing an exit contract, and three months and many attempts later we are still waiting for word on a refund. Apparently, it takes filing a BBB complaint to get a response from them. It should not be this way.

Update 3/27: R.B. responded (below) on 3/25 that I should expect a representative to be in touch with me 3/26. Didn't happen.

Update 3/28: After I provided contact information per K.P.'s request, I did receive a call today from someone who was in a position to respond to our request for a refund. He tells me that he has submitted a request for a full refund and that the check should be in the mail by 4/5. If I don't update again, the check arrived as indicated. I'm updating my review's title from "is misleading" to "can be overly difficult to obtain".

Final update, 4/18: The check was not mailed by 4/5, but I was called 4/4 and told that the CEO was out of town and that the refund check would be on his desk for his signature first thing on 4/8. No word 4/8 or 4/9, despite my leaving a phone message 4/9 asking for an update. 4/10 I called again and was told that the CEO would be signing the check that afternoon and that the check would then go straight into overnight mail. After hearing nothing more, called 4/11, and after that the check was indeed sent overnight and arrived 4/12, almost four months after we first requested a refund.

Time Share exit team handled my exit seamlessly! They updated us and always returned calls in a timely manor. it was a great decision picking them to help us do away with the costly maintenance fees associated with owning a time share.

Like many others, we had no idea that we wouldn't be able to sell our timeshare when we were finished using it. While our timeshare was a very nice place to stay, and we enjoyed it the few times we were able to use it, we were paying more in maintenance fees than we could afford. We just weren't getting our money's worth.

After unsuccessfully trying to take care of things ourselves, we heard about Timeshare Exit Team through Dave Ramsey. We made an appointment with a counselor at Reed Hein in Columbus, OH. He took our information about our experience with our timeshare and then gave us a rundown on what to expect from Reed Hein/Timeshare Exit Team. He also warned us that it could take as long as 2 years, but that we were guaranteed a full refund if, at any time, we wanted to end our relationship.

We heard from different Timeshare Exit counselors by email about every quarter, and, after almost 2 years, we were able to say "goodbye" to our timeshare.

I would recommend Timeshare Exit Team to anyone.

I had a timeshare with Diamond Resorts and the Timeshare Exit Team got me completely out of the timeshare in the time frame we set up and for the fee they that we had set up at our initial consultation. I would have liked a little better communication on keeping me informed through the process but I am very satisfied and highly recommend the Timeshare Exit Team to any one who wants to get out of there timeshare.

I gave the “team” $9600 in May 2017 to get out of our Diamond timeshare. Almost 2 years later and no exit. They told me my exit was not going as planned and there were “transitioning” me to another avenue ( Resort Transfer International ). After numerous requests to refund my money they have not responded and I am now considering legal counsel.

I’m one of those people who reads great reviews but never thought that a great review would be coming from me, but Timeshare Exit Team is the absolute TRUTH!!! I thought I would be paying my timeshare forever!
One consultation and a little time (time varies, about 8 months for me) and WAA LAAAH!! you get the notice that you are no longer an owner.
Timeshare Exit Team is a MUST TRY!!! If you want to get rid of your timeshare!!
