Our son and his friends experienced security that were too heavy handed and expelled them for no good reason at all.
These are your future long term customers that have had a really bad experience first time around.
I asked a police man for some information and he completely disregarded me.
The bar and food areas were poorly managed, I waited 45 minutes for a foreign beer.
This was something I had been waiting 4 years to see and you really dropped the ball.
If your job was to get this right then someone should be held accountable.
Why couldn’t we go up the stairs and use those facilities.
The performances were good but the event should have finished with Synthony.
Not the first up experience we were expecting, a lot of work to get done to make the experience better.

I had no problem getting tickets and were kept updated right up to the concert. The mobile tickets worked perfectly at the entrance so very happy
Maybe all tickets should be offered at start rather than allocate more nearer to date of event at competitive prices!!!

It was all good. Tickets were available to be transferred which was nice and easy to do.

I loved being part of the spectacular Once-in-a-lifetime concert at the One NZ Stadium. The incredibly marvellous Six60 soooo good, awesome to see Castaway, Cassie Henderson, the brilliant Kaylee Bell, Synthony & all the guest artists in the one show. Unfortunately our seats were too high up & made them all look miniatures, on the postive seats quite comfortable, pleased we had dressed for the cold wore puffer coat the whole night. Needed more screens showing the artists performing actually on stage to us all,along with the incredible light show appearing on main screen. The acoustic quality wasn't great from our spot, and the steep stairs were tiring. It's essential to check the seating map before purchasing concert tickets. Despite the issues, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! 🖤❤️ The usher was incredible walking me back to my seat twice, bar staff excellent, please bring back regular bourbon & coke without yuk energy drink, huge food choices, toilet facilities once your got there were excellent but surprisingly cold water only to wash hands, bottle neck of queues to get down stairs to ground floor to the toliet. Architectally a gorgeous building a credit to Chch easy access to & from stadium, plenty of parking & expect a $20 loading on your Uber cost to get home! 🎊

The concert was awesome. Entry into the stadium was fast, plenty of crew around to get help with navigation. The sound in the stadium was great. I was seated in the stand and the bar to get a drink was easy, no waiting. I look forward to another concert soon.

I was easily able to list my tickets for resale and buy a different one when my companion wasn't able to go – the whole experience around Ticketmaster was excellent

The concert(Synthony) was absolutely incredible. The drinks line / service etc in GA however was absolutely abismal!! No structure / direction - absolute chaos and then after queuing for 2 drinks for 45 minutes and missing a good chunk of six60 I finally got to the front and you had sold out of everything except lager

We were seated in section 337 row BB. We and those in proximity suffered diabolical sound quality - reverberating and disproportionate bass and unintelligible announcements and performance vocals. Relocated to standing at concourse level - sound MUCH better

Six60 were phenomenal.

re link with AWF - very poor experience. You sent me to the App, which then sent me back to you. Ridiculous, time consuming & irritating.
Sort it out!

What a great show.
The band and the 5 singers were amazing.
Loved how they harmonious.
We were all on our feet dancing and singing along

Everything went so smoothly from ticket purchases to getting through the gates at the venue. Staff were fantastic 👏

Super easy, and painless

It was very disappointing when I was trying to purchase tickets and had selected my seats the system kept timing them out saying those seats were gone if I didn't type the presale code quick enough.....very frustrating as I am a huge Split Enz fan and I was waiting on line ready to go to get the best tickets.

Myself and my partner had a great experience. It was a great show. But the venue staff really need to do there Job and keep guests sitting down and not let them dance in the aisle,s and stairs. A lot of pissed of people who had there views severely restricted by these inconsiderate attendees. If people want to dance they should by the appropriate tickets downstairs with all the others instead of ruining the night for a lot of others.
