Myself and my partner had a great experience. It was a great show. But the venue staff really need to do there Job and keep guests sitting down and not let them dance in the aisle,s and stairs. A lot of pissed of people who had there views severely restricted by these inconsiderate attendees. If people want to dance they should by the appropriate tickets downstairs with all the others instead of ruining the night for a lot of others.

An easy to use system - even for this partial technophobe!

what a great night hearing all those songs I'd forgotten about. Finn boys still have it.

1. Not being able to book a group of three people together when there was 4 seats available, which were the only ones left in the entire BNZ theatre Hamilton for the NZSO concert. Most frustrating, ended up sitting apart. (We were unable to book earlier.)
2. Too expensive for the seats at the back of the balcony.

this was a so good night music venue so easy to get around lots of food and drinks and finding our seat was easy as well

Entry to the venue was very smooth. The lounge service was great and the show itself was fantastic.

IT WAS AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS SPLIT ENZ CONCERT. COULDNT FAULT ANYTHING REALLY.

The band at Spark Arena was great and we would give the performance a top mark. The venue was hugely disappointing because people were continuously coming and going across our line of vision. There seemed to no management of people at all.

Great concert, seats were excellent, good parking close to the venue

Just such a great night the pink floyd experience was top notch only critique would have been to be notified that tickets had been cancelled and re issued but otherwise great service 👍

The staff at the location was great. They were so helpful in assisting and escorting me to my seat as I am currently in crutches. They also found an easily accessible toilet on the way there and waited for me. Shout out to the staff at The Civic.
Location wise, The Civic is really difficult to access by car for pick up and drop off. The nearest drop off point walking distance is substantial for someone who cannot walk far on crutches. While it isn't the location but more of all the nuisance so called improvement in the city with bus lanes everywhere that blocks off the Civic from having a private car drop off location.
For the price I paid for the show, I didn't find it value for money. Singing and acting were good but the props were too little and it got boring after a while. The costumes rarely changed.
