The sound mix was typically appalling - I could hardly hear singers' voices, let alone the lyrics, and the over-all sound was needlessly loud. No reflection on the performers - they are all talented, but without any connection to the lyrics it was hard to know quite what they were feeling passionate about.
A shame for the show to be spoiled by an incompetent sound tech!

Qued online for tickets.....got through to paying.... kept saying go back... after several attempts...no tickets left

Quick and easy purchase, love the after pay options

Don't know what Ticketmaster does, but it is a difficult site and incredibly difficult to get seats .
The site shows seats available and usually VERY FEW, (except where you dont want to sit !!)
For example Doors 25,26 ,27 showed very limited seats available .
however, on the night of the 11 july X3 rows behind me in row E, door 27 were empty.
There were also many seats available throughout doors 25-26 (and not all in the top back rows !!)

My niece had the same experience with Ticketmaster when trying to find a seat for a symphony concert.
Very few seats available
I called NZSO ticketing and was told that there were many seats available and the concert was indeed far from sold out !!
We obtained her tx through the NZSO box office and NO problems

Easy to purchase tickets. Reminders arrived about the venue, parking, travel several times. I found all of this helpful.

Great performances and the whole show was excellent. Loved the girls who sang their voices where beautiful 😍

1) When booking tickets, the time given to online (with the countdown timer running) is simply too short to fully think about it.
2) When booking online, the website automatically starts by assuming that there are two people going. If there's only one person going, the buyer is unable to see the available seats. Why not ask the buyer to enter the number of people going.
3) When in the qeue at the venue, the frustration with the app while trying to find the tickets (for scanning) is horrible.

The staging, costumes and lighting were all great. However, the story was severely lacking. There was no elements of the original Winnie the Pooh story or anything even resembling a plot? It was quite painful at times.
It was honestly like someone had pieced together a story at the last minute and tried to make it cohesive but it made no sense. Very disappointing. Why was there no mention of anything that appears in the book? No Pooh attempting to get honey from the tree, Tigger losing his bounce, windy days, Christopher Robin going to school etc. absolutely nothing!

It was also very long at an hour 45mins, including a 20 minute intermission. This is too long for young kids.

It was a sold crowd in Spark Arena fans are shouting and cheering ,the game was a wire to wire game against Nz tall blacks vs Gilas Pilipinas it went Double Overtime! Hoper theirs more Fiba World Cup event in the Future!!

Difficult web-site to navigate and work out which seats were available. graphics are terrible. No children's tickets available. Had to pay full adult price for a seven year old.
Show was good - except for the mix. Band too loud compared to the singers. I struggle to understand why a state of the art theatre can have such poor sound quality. Could not understand the words, despite having seats right in front and centre. Needs a review of the entire sound system.

The view was amazing and so was the game. I took my nephews and they absolutely loved it. The game was incredible and up your alley. The BEST experience ever. Totally enjoyed every minute of it.
