Ticketmaster New Zealand Recenzje 

Long time user of Ticketmaster and always happy with my booking and purchasing experiences, very easy and straight forward to use the app and add tickets to my phone. Unfortunately last nights weather in Wellington made the driving conditions extremely unsafe and we were forced to pull over, subsequently missing the event. I did have a little play around on the app to see what our options were for the tickets we were no longer able to use. I found it very straightforward to see what specific options I had (eg. resale/transfer) view my purchase information/receipt, check if the event was cancelled or rescheduled. The only thing I had a little trouble with was checking if we had the extra insurance for being unable to attend, I came to the conclusion that we mustn’t have after not seeing anything for it on the invoice. Would be great if that’s something they could add in to their invoices but regardless I would highly recommend Ticketmaster anyway.

Purchased tickets in row A but received an email prior to the game changing seats to row W. Phoned, messaged and emailed numerous times to advise Ticketmaster that this was unacceptable. Was incredibly disappointed that the best outcome offered was row Q with additional costs for seats that were worse than what I purchased.
The service from Ticketmaster was incredibly frustrating with poor communication eg:
1. Emails received advising to reply but messages to fan.support were blocked and not delivered.
2. Advised the issue could not be resolved over the phone so Ticketmaster advised they would send an email to start a query. No email received. And after messaging from the website being advised it could only be resolved over the phone.
3. After being on hold for 15mins, the support employee advised her dashboard was down and I would need to phone back and rejoin the queue. I advised that this was unacceptable and the employee arranged for Ticketmaster to immediately phone me back. I waited, but never received a phone call.
Overall, my experience with Ticketmaster was terrible. I would not recommend to anyone and I would be happy to never purchase from Ticketmaster again!

Great venue and an excellent show.
Tables are too close together and as the venue was not full could easily have been moved to allow better spacing and more importantly a better view for all.
And what is the point of offering and allowing a booking a specific seat at a table when on arrival its free for all at each table?

Very disappointed to find the seats we were allocated were far from those we chose on the plan. From Row D to row P. My fault for not checking when they arrived I suppose, but some communication to check that it was okay would have been better.

Easy to buy tickets from phone for show , and then at door just scan and in we went .. great night

When we arrived our tickets wouldn’t scan then were told the our seats had been re allocated. Originally I had chosen on the other side of the field up high at the front row because my father is older and cannot get to his feet quickly so I chose those seats so that when there is an exciting play no one could obstruct his view by standing in front of him. The new seats we were allocated were on the other side of the field down lower and not front row so whenever an exciting event happened the crowd in front stood up and my father couldn’t see the game. Very disappointed with this outcome.

I choose the print ticket option. That was the first mistake. Then needed to go to the box office in the stadium to change and when at the entrance getting scanned, they wouldn't scan. Frustration for me and the people behind and staff. Just keep the tickets simple, so much hassle and stress, it recks the experience.

Firstly the Wah’s won!! The stadium is awesome and no queues for ladies……..nice. Drinks were up there but I guess that is to be expected.

Absolutely disappointed our seats were double booked people tried to move us we had to stand our ground. Also the accessible tickets were no good when leaving as we were not allowed to use the lifs my 81 year old dad really struggled these things absolutely ruin the game for us

The send-off was honestly unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Compared with last week’s Australia show, the organization here was shockingly poor. There was no proper dedicated area, and fans were simply packed around the exit in a chaotic crowd. It felt unsafe, unfair, and completely unprepared.

The staff clearly did not have a proper plan. The queue direction kept changing, which caused confusion and allowed many people to cut in line. Fans who followed the instructions and waited properly were punished, while others benefited from the mess.

The most frustrating part was that when we were finally moved into the send-off area, people who had been behind me were allowed to go to a much better front-row position on the opposite side. That is completely unfair and unacceptable.

This was not just “a little disorganized.” It was a poorly managed experience that seriously ruined what should have been a special moment for fans. I strongly urge the organizers to take responsibility, review what happened, and make sure future send-offs have a proper dedicated space, clear queue control, and a fair system for everyone.

Great seats for a fabulous show, ease of entry with tickets in Wallet on phone. Loved the "family tree " in the programme.

Getting into the venue was painful as my ticket came up as paywave like others in line as I asked them. However when presented I had to try pull up the balcony which was unsuccessful and had to get a physical ticket which also resulted in losing the place in line I had sat all day for.
But I love balu so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

it was good, especially the fact we could afterpay the tickets. This allowed us to purchase and pay off without putting stress on our budget.

I was able to get a ticket for a fair price very easily, and add my it to my wallet and entering the event went super smoothly. I received reminders before the event, which got me even more excited! Sometimes I find dynamic pricing as well as fees etc to be a bit steep, especially with Spark Arena gigs - but this one was not like that. I also love the Town Hall, I think it’s such a beautiful venue.

The show was amazing, great sound & seats. The staff were excellent & venue location brilliant. The whole experience was great from the booking of the tickets to the actual performance, thank you.

Easy to navigate, early access to tickets and adding to wallet is great

It was so easy to deal with the tickets and also transferring it to individuals.
