Very terrible service from Thomas Brown.
Refused to book an appointment to view one of their houses. They said that our current house needs to be on the market and under offer for us to be allowed to view. I’ve never heard such arrogant comments before. Other estate agents booked us in without question.
When I questioned their policy I was told that’s just how it is with them.
They seem to think they are the only agents around. Every other agents I spoke to couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating. Immediately booked 3 viewings without hassle. Will not recommend or use them again.

That Thomas Brown has become the No 1 estate agent in Orpington comes as no surprise after the service I received from them, both buying and selling properties with the Orpington office.

The very best Estate Agents - They encourage the buyers to view, know the area well themselves so are informative. My elderly mum has sold her property with Thomas Brown. The sale was a little harder than anticipated but thanks to Liz, the sales progressor, it was finally pushed over the line! If it wasn’t for Liz (and, at the end Amy) we would have had no clue what was going on over the weeks, she pushed the buyer’s solicitors daily and we are very grateful for her hard work.
