Thomas Brown Orpington Branch has been excellent throughout the sale of our mum’s house. Due to the weak housing sentiment, the process took longer than expected, but throughout, Thomas Brown Orpington were professional, engaged and thoughtful.
We had no problems with the property during the entire viewing process. They called a few days prior to a viewing and always called to give feedback.
Over the course of a year I got to know most of the team, all of whom were great and knowledgeable, and it was through this foundation of trust that we got the property sold.

Amazing professional work from the Thomas Brown team. Responses to any questions received straight away and full support from beginning to end of sale. Sale of my parents house completed in 2 months.

From the start of the process of selling my Mother's house all the staff at Thomas Brown Estates have been very helpful and excellent with communication with myself. All queries were responded to and they also liaised with the Solicitors on my behalf when required. A particular thanks so Shane from the Progression Team who was outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to assist new clients if they wish to sell their property. Highly recommended - instructed Chris on a Saturday, left keys with estate agents the following Saturday morning as they'd arranged 4 viewings for that day which resulted in an offer on the Monday morning. So within 9 days of instruction they'd photographed and prepared the brochure, arranged (and conducted) viewings and achieved an offer we were happy to accept.
