We were very impressed by the whole Thomas Brown experience, from our first contact over the phone to the visit by Chris, who knew the area well so was able to value the property sensibly, to the progression team. Our main contact, Liz, was outstanding and kept us fully informed throughout the sale process. We had multiple problems with the buyer but she was tenacious and went above and beyond what was normal to ensure we sold the house. We can not praise her enough and are extremely grateful to her for all her work. Without her to push and prod various solicitors, I think we might have given up. Highly recommended estate agents!
