First order
First order. Very happy with choice & deals. Order received fine but please be careful with your choice of parcel boxes- there was a hole on the box delivered. Luckily none of the stuff inside was damaged but this might cause a problem to someone else. Best wishes

First order with Turkish shop was good, second order complete opposite.
First order was great, 2nd experience not great at all. Second order didn't turn up in time - UPS had a nightmare with their delivery schedule allegedly. Emailed Turkish Shop twice and didn't hear back. Didn't get a phone call to confirm that package was being chased. Had to phone (admittedly this was answered very promptly) to find out what was happening at each stage. Was a big shame as the order contained a present for family who came to stay. They sadly had to leave without present as it hadn't turned up. Turkish Shop simply blamed the courier and didn't really make any effort to turn my experience into a good one. They offered a refund although this didn't help the gift situation but their lack of communication in a problem scenario was not great customer service at all.

We are extremely disheartened to hear that you feel we're at fault considering you mention your previous order was flawless and you were made aware that UPS Exeter had a COVID outbreak through your own communication with them, as you mentioned to us on the phone. This was the sole reason behind your orders delay.
Upon initial contact, we also offered Antony a full refund of his order once we had heard back from UPS.
Our website states we're currently replying to emails within 2-5 days due to high volumes, but we're available for Live Chat and Customer Support over the Phone 10am - 8pm every day.
We leave it to the good conscience of the rest of our existing and would be customers what to make of this review and we hope you're keeping safe during these difficult times and leave your first review below for reference.
"Excellent products and superb service. Order arrived within about 2 days! Real Turkish food too: in the current situation re travel, it's nice to able to get Turkish stuff here! Not quite the same as drinking Turkish coffee in Turkey but still the best option! :)

Excellent quality products and service
I’ve used the Turkish Shop a few times now to get my vine leaves for dolmades and other bits and bobs. The products and service are always excellent and I have no hesitation n continuing to use them.

Keep the stock flowing
Great service, everything delivered with Royal Mail just 2 days after purchase.
What I ordered were first class sunflower seeds, which the Eastern European shops in my area refuse to supply due to their high price. However, I know the brand well and prefer to make bulk purchases, instead of contemplating for an year is it worth the single price.
Very glad I found this particular brand and was able to easy order myself!
Please teach your Greek competitors how not to overinflate prices so I can become their customer too. 😀
