Really happy with the products, have knocked a star off due to postage charges, postage for my order was £7.50 - ordered thursday, arrived wednesday - seems a long time for such high postage costs?

Im waiting for 3 weeks. I did not get my order or any information. Very bad company. I tried 2 times to contact the customer service but no answer yet.

As always, my order was despatched promptly and received shortly after. This time was a present from me to a friend. She left me a thank you voice mail where she commented positively on both the quality of each item especially the white cheese with black seeds and the double roasted Turkish delight. She admired the packaging as well. Another new customer I should think😉

This is my second review for Turkish shop. First one was about the website , product selection , checkout and delivery . I gave 5 stars as they deserved. Now I had opportunity to check the quality of the products. I give another 5 stars . The products are perfect , taste is great . I will definitely shop more in future , I recommend everyone. I especially recommend a cheese called “ tulum peyniri with mustard seeds “ it is full of flavours.

Very happy with the service, I was kept updated every step of the way and the products were delivered earlier than expected, well wrapped to avoid damage!
Only disappoint was that some of the items I was looking for on the website were out of stock but still a good range of produce.

Charged me for next day delivery even though my order didn't arrive until 4 days later.

Everything came really well packed and on time. But I think the delivery charge is a bit high: £7.50 regardless of how many items you ordered. If the posting was bit less, I'm sure I would use them much more frequently.
