SCAM!!! FRAUD!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY AND LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I sent my money on the 16th and items were due to be delivered next day or day after.

Due to items being food, and not hearing anything from this sham company, I tried to message them on WhatsApp on 3 separate occasions. No response at all!!

I've tried to send an email, no response.

I then tried to call the number on their site, its a London number, and when dialled, it says number is NOT RECOGNISED!!

Please, Please, Please do not order from this website, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Beyond terrible support who constantly come up with totally made up standard excuses and instead of trying to solve the issues, the support also claims to be to owner and founder of the site.

I placed an order a month ago that I wanted to cancel. That same day they told me that surely there would be no problem in canceling it but it would have a commission. It took 11 days to notify me that the order had been canceled and that the refund was going to take 5 to 10 business days (August 10) the days have passed and I have not received anything.

This company is showing as dissolved on companies house. The registered address is now a carpentry company. I placed an order on their website, missed the delivery by mistake and had a WhatsApp message saying I’d missed a delivery but no advice on what to do next. I’ve spent 4 days calling, texting, WhatsApping and emailing and they are completely ignoring all contact. I’m so angry, I spent £100 on food as a birthday present, I was begging them to tell me what to do to receive the order but no response to endless messages and voicemails. These people are scum bags. AVOID.
*** Just to say, it is now 15 days since I posted this review, my baklava arrived from Turkey as that was posted from the vendor in Turkey. I was never contacted about any of the other food or a re-delivery. They have literally stolen my money.****

J’ai commandé du thé le 17 mars pour 24.66 livres. (commande n° 36503 ).
Aujourd’hui, 28 juin, je n’ai toujours rien reçu.

Toutes mes tentatives pour joindre le service client et obtenir le remboursement (chat, mails, messages WhatsApp, demande de remboursement) ont été sans résultat. A peine m'a t'on expliqué que c'était à cause de la Covid, qu'il fallait être patient ! j'appelle ça de l'escroquerie

It's an absolute fraud: a scam. Almost two months since my order and nothing received yet, not even a refund.

Almost a month passed since my order.
I have received nothing.

No response to messages… Only response I’ve got was a rude one.

It’s been 4 days since I’ve asked for a refund - No refund received…

I have dealt with this company in the past, high quality products delivered promptly. However, when I tried to raise a query about an order I was unable to get a reply to my emails. I have since been dealing with one of their competitors and unfortunately a similar situation has arisen! I'm sure these issues could be resolved with a bit of communication.

I ordered 5 days ago. But still they havent gaven my items to cargo company. On web site they say there is next day shipping. I wrote from watsup. They answer late and they said my orders would arrive in two working days.
But they still havent shipped them!

i ordered the snack box yesterday after 3pm and received it today in the morning which i was not expecting because it said on the website (next day delivery order by 3pm). I was amazed of how much was in the box i definitely was not expecting that much and the variety is amazing i will definitely be ordering from you next time in sha allah!

I have paid my order nr.35826 on 30.01.2021 at amount of 85 Gbp.I did not get my order until today 11.03.2021.I wrote to costumer service and was no reply ever.I called 2 times and some guy was saying they have delay related to brexit regulations...."whatever it means" but after they promised to send order ,I never received anything and on my further calls they stopped answering.

Here I just want to update the information and say ,that the shop has refunded me fully on 15.03.2021 after I wrote my bad experience with them here on trustpilot.com

Delivery predictions must be updated at order stage to reflect actual being achieved. In my case "next day" was a few days (5). Otherwise accurate order and well packed. Your courier must pay attention to your labelling signs on the packaging. Your delivery person left package on our doorstep laying on its side and arrows not pointing up as they should be. On this order no damage was caused but as there were several items containing liquid, there could have been damaging and costly leakage. All products are of very good quality.

Quite satisfied. Especially the packaging for chiller items was very good.
