The Sabre was great! I asked for a non electronics version of the Kyle Katarn hilt for display only and it's amazing. My only comment/concern is that one segment seems to have a wobble to it that I can't seem to tighten down on but other than that, money well spent! Thank you for the fast and friendly service!

My grandson was extremely happy for his light Saber.

A great product - feels almost like what a "real" lightsaber would in mind. There is internal power coils, catridges.... feels heavy and quality

Hint - The blade colour options are bit hard to operate (or too easy) I keep accidently bumping them on the main switch... I would suggest future models have a separate knob where we can oscellate between colours.

If you want a lightsaber - this is the one to get!

The products were great. The shipment came in earlier than expected. I emailed Kevin to add articles to an existing order and he made that super smooth and included with the original shipment.

At the end, when the products arrived, they were well wrapped up, but I had an issue with the app. Mailed Kevin, got a swift response, and not long afterwards I got an updated working beta app, and a little later he emailed me stating the new release-version was out at Play Store.

This is exemplary customer service, and quality products, I can highly recommend this store.

The customer service was exceptional, but it was disappointing to receive a damaged chassis. I understand that the damage was deliberate and made for aesthetic reasons, but I was unaware that this alteration was being made and wasn't given an option to select an undamaged version.
But again, the lightsaber itself is fantastic, and it's a great addition to my collection!

i think it would be productive to have online links to assist in assembling and i have several parts in the saber that I have no idea what they are for?

I was very disappointed with the packaging (I bought it as a birthday gift). The saber looks good, but it's not as bright as I'd hoped.

Nice weight and number of profiles/functions

Absolutely fantastic. The quality of the Graflex Episode IV Skywalker saber is amazing. The attention to detail is something to behold and it feels top quality and a good weight. An elegant weapon for a more civilised age.

Very easy to disassemble with the clip and J-lock, I bought a proffie based version which you can access to charge in just a few seconds.

I chatted with Kevin regarding the saber (check out his excellent YouTube tutorials) a great person and obvious expert full of great tips.

This is the one I’ve always dreamed of having, after seeing the film as a 5 year old! It’s finally mine, and I didn’t expect it to be this good!!

My experience was magnificent
The saber are top quality and the range of saber types and characters are impressive only thing that could improve is price though majority is fairly priced even the neopixels are a decan price.

Got the xeno neo pixel Kylo REN light saber for my 17 year old’s birthday . He LOVES IT!!! Amazing what it is capable of doing from light and sounds to ease of handling and playing with!!!

It works fabulously even though flash is nonexistent it is great for practicing spins without damaging a neo pixel blade

I still haven't received my order and it's been almost a month.

Lacks care on assembly in factory

Overall the quality of the lightsaber appears to be quite high. However we are dissatisfied with 3 things.

1. The Bluetooth range is horrible, the phone has to be touching the saber for it to connect, and if you move it more then an inch or two away it disconnects.

2. The battery has had issues intermittently since first use. It dies randomly.

3. Any screw that came preassembled has come loose. The 4 little brass decoration screws are all loose and we’ve lost one because of that. The decorative thumb switch and strap holders have both fallen off because they were not tight.

Great prices, transparent shipping, decent selection to choose from and growing. Will buy from again.

Saber arrived without issues. It works just as advertised and of very good quality. I would absolutely recommend!

The product was delivered immaculate, and swift, made my son very happy for his birthday.

I was looking for an accurate Count Dooku lightsaber, and The Saber Factory came through with flying colors! (SO MANY COLORS!)

The saber hilt itself is as near an exact copy of what Christopher Lee held in his hands, you can't tell the difference.

The bonus was that this one has the Xeno3 Neopixel setup that makes this so much more than just a screen-correct hilt. I am still discovering the many combinations of colors/sounds/music I can configure. Amazing.

The how-to videos posted by Kevin are also great for anyone who wants to get the most out of their purchase. From start to finish, this has been a fantastic transaction.

You can't go wrong with The Saber Factory, in my opinion.
