The Pack Design Recenzje

Received our Malta xs Rattan furniture set and covers so pleased just what we wanted, excellent service and very prompt in responding to emails. Would highly recommend. Thankyou Julie & Roger

Great customer service! When 4SeasonsOutdoor delivered the wrong table legs The Pack Design immediately rang them and it was all solved a day later.

Fantastic service, ordered over the Bank holiday weekend. The sofa was dispatched Monday morning and we took delivery of it on the Wednesday. Amazing fast delivery!
So happy with the garden sofa itself I had been looking for ages to replace our old one and so glad I found this one, it was exactly what I was looking for with nice comfortable cushions. Absolutely love it and highly recommend the company

Excellent service delivery and price. Absolutely love my new garden furniture. Just wish it came with covers

Bought for our log cabin and fits perfect good quality and easy to fit.

Fab company to deal with. Really unusual and unique items and a personal service. Super helpful people to deal with. My lamp was delivered on time and carefully packaged.

The best customer service I have ever experienced! And the website has some wonderful and unusual things... definitely worth searching generally, because they are SO helpful with enquiries, and even managing to source items that are out of stock very quickly!

Very pleased with my product and the service provided. Easy to assemble and it looks really well.

I ordered the 6 seater Malta Rattan corner set & cover late afternoon on Easter Monday, it arrived 3 days later. It took my husband & I a while to fathom out how it went together as the instructions aren’t the clearest. Once we’d cracked it & managed to put it together we were really pleased with the way it looks. When I opened the cover one of the 3 seater covers was missing. I contacted the company & they were apologetic & sent me another cover which arrived within a few days. I would definitely recommend this company & I would order from them again.

Excellent service from the team. Can’t wait to get the product.

Really good quality furniture and looks really good, however the instructions are not clear at all and took me and partner hours to get the sofa put together.
Delivery was really quick and any questions asked were dealt with professionally and effectively.

What an excellent company? Very professional, extremely helpful and goods delivered swiftly. I referred to a friend who has also bought the same garden furniture. Big thank you.

I ordered the giraffe floor lamp from this company I absolutely love it. It came quite quickly and the customer service was excellent

I ordered a Werner Voss giraffe lamp a few weeks ago, and later that day got a phone call explaining that it was out of stock but would be shipped straight to me as soon as possible. Sure enough, three weeks later we have an awesome golden giraffe in the corner of our room, and for a fantastic price :)

Gold leaf ornament was as expected. Good price for size and quality.

Well I ordered this stunning poodle gold lamp for our new extension.
