The One Glove Recenzje

I accidentally ordered the wrong size gloves for my son, and as they had been personalised, they couldn’t be exchanged. I contacted One Glove and spoke with Shannon, who was incredibly helpful, quick to reply and genuinely willing to help me find a solution. She kindly offered me a discount and free delivery on a new pair, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service, and the gloves are always fantastic quality too. I couldn’t fault One Glove!

Contacted the company after an issue with a pair of gloves. Super speedy response. Great resolution. Just another reason why these are our gloves of choice!

These are the only gloves my two goalkeeper sons use. Excellent customer service from Kallie and fast response time when I recently had an issue. They resolved immediately and for that I will continue to use them and only them. Thank you

My son is obsessed with One Glove 🧤

The gloves are durable and last…..he won’t entertain any other gloves !

The customer service team (from my perspective) is amazing and replied to my email so quickly - complete Mum fail - panic as I didn’t press next day delivery !

Highly recommended all round ! X

Best customer service ever. Great communication and OneGlove attempted to advice and support my queries and were so accommodating. My son loves the gloves

My gloves ripped within a couple weeks of me wearing them, I reached out to the support team and they got my issue fixed right up.

Shannon from customer service was fantastic dealing with a mix up in labels, she found the stock and sorted it all out on her end for me, a refund was all sorted.

Customer support team were fantastic! Thanks!

Shannon helped me with my order very quickly and efficiently.

Thank you

Best company around for goalkeepers

I had an issue in my side but they jumped in and took care of everything and got it fixed fast. Also, every time I had a question, they always responded quickly. P.S. the gloves are awesome as well, my son loves them.

Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size of gloves. I contacted the support team to exchange for a larger size. The support team member I was in contact with really could not of been more helpful.
