Fantastic products, my goalkeeper son won't get his kit anywhere else, we've tried a few different companies but for quality, customer service and value for money, one glove is 2nd to none.

We bought their most expensive goalkeeper gloves for my son, expecting top-tier quality and durability. Unfortunately, they split and tore during a regular training session after a very short time of use.
​When we contacted customer service, it took up to a week to get a reply, dragging the whole process out for nearly two weeks with zero real help. Instead of taking responsibility for a faulty product, they tried to blame us, claiming the gloves were "dry and dirty," which is completely untrue as they are properly washed and cared for.
​To top it all off, they refused to replace them and just offered a 30% discount on a new pair—as if we would ever buy from them again after this experience. For their most expensive pro-grade gloves, this is unacceptable quality and appalling customer support.
​Unfortunately, our journey with The One Glove was very short-lived. We will definitely not be shopping here again.

Our 9 year old son has been using One Glove for 2 seasons now, and training 5 days a week.
He absolutely loves the feel and longevity of the gloves as well as the designs and features.
He also wears GoalKeeper training wear and rates this as well.
Not only are the products of a high and respectable standard, but the representatives are also extremely helpful.
Huge thanks to Shannon who managed to correct an order I made without any hassle but displayed efficiency and professionalism.

Customer support team were very helpful at rectifying an issue i had with a pair of gloves i ordered earlier this year. They also advised me to size up based on pictures with measurement of my hand and kindly gave me a gift voucher to purchase a replacement pair in the correct size . Very good service, couldnt recommend them enough

Ordered gloves for my son (they are excellent). There was a bit of a mix up in the delivery but the customer service is brilliant and they sorted it out with no issues. Will not hesitate to buy from here again.

Took a while for a reply on the WhatsApp messenger, but as soon as I I had a reply within 24hrs I had a replacement pair of gloves sent out. Great service and will honestly not be going anywhere else for my gloves! Top product and great customer service experience for me

Bought a pair of One Gloves as I heard good things about the brand.
Gloves were delivered in good time and were a great fit for me and very comfortable straight away.
I did have a problem with a seam opening up due to the stitching coming undone but when I reported this to customer services who were excellent a new pair was sent out without question.
Hopefully the new pair will be fine as I really liked the fit and feel of the gloves and when making a save the contact area gave perfect feel of the ball.
If new pair hold up to expectations I will be changing to the One Glove brand.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size gloves for my son, and as they had been personalised, they couldn’t be exchanged. I contacted One Glove and spoke with Shannon, who was incredibly helpful, quick to reply and genuinely willing to help me find a solution. She kindly offered me a discount and free delivery on a new pair, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service, and the gloves are always fantastic quality too. I couldn’t fault One Glove!
