Apologies for the inconvenience and the delay with this shipment.
According to the tracking information on Royal Mail’s website, an attempted delivery was made at 13:45 on 2nd April by the Ely Delivery Office.
There have since been several additional entries indicating further delivery attempts. The most recent update, dated Friday 17th April, states that the item is due to be delivered today by the Ely Delivery Office.
We will follow up with you to confirm once delivery has been completed.

You placed your order at 21:09 on Wednesday, 1st April. This means your order was scheduled for dispatch the following day, Thursday, 2nd April.
However, due to the Good Friday bank holiday, no deliveries were made until the following Tuesday, which is when your order was delivered.
Please note that this information is clearly stated at the time of purchase and within our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when placing your order.

Ordered goalkeeper gloves from Jusst Keeper that felt old and worn already upon delivery. On top of that, the grip spray I bought was defective—the bottle had a large hole in it. Very disappointed with both the quality and the lack of quality control before shipping. Expected much better.
