Service was brilliant and helpful when updating my business information. You can tell the staff work really hard with all the negativity they are given on the calls

Have been called on my personal mobile number and pestered about 6 times in the last few months. Rude staff who are more interested in talking over you to get though their script or putting the phone down on you than listening. Have constantly told them not to bother me but they continue to do so. Last guy told me my number was an international one despite it clearly being a mobile number, apologised and told me "his business" would remove my number but he could not guarantee others would. This company are clearly selling clearly selling data to the highest bidder.

Total disgrace, too many calls and will not remove me from their database. Rude and very aggressive. Now reported to ICO

Call from 020 3876 7175. Claiming to be 118 online. Calling my PAYG mobile number. Had 3 calls this week, wanting to speak to the business owner, I ask them what about, then they say 118 online. I just reply with go away and hang up. Pain in the rse. I have previously been polite and said not interested. You can tell its them as there is a delay upon answering their call. Maybe not the real 118?

My business closed way back in 2015. Now 2021 started receiving calls everyday from these people. I'm now disabled and this is genuinely distressing. I've requested my number be removed from their database, I've blocked every number they call from and it makes no difference.

I don't know how to make them leave me alone!

Been calling every day from different numbers. Such a nasty bunch of scammers.

I get up to three calls a day for this terrible company! Every time they call it's on a different phone number so even when you block them they still get through. Iv tried all approaches from politely asked them to take me off there calling list (they hang up when you request that) to just letting them speak and hanging up myself,but they just keep calling. Very very annoying.

Absolutely vile company, will not stop harassing us! Took our business number from Yell.com and phone up to 5 times a day, when we tell them to stop they are rude!! We have never known such a desperate disgraceful company. There must be something that can be done. Every number we block they phone on another. Absolutely infuriating. Trading standards must be able to get involved.

Unsolicited phone calls, begged them to stop harassing me. They won't. Such a waste of everyone's time.

Unsolicited Phone Calls - 5 a day for the past week. Each time a different London phone number so they get around you blocking the number. Noisy background call centre. Refuse to tell me how they got my number, refused to put me through to GDPR compliance officer (they just hang up when you ask that).

I have to agree this company is really bad... they ring you up and when you answer there is all this background noise, very unprofessional. I have tried to tell them Im not interested but they still call to tell you of their special offers And to tap it off they say you will be removed from the list... IM NOT INTERESTED I just wish someone would burn the company down grrrr UPDATE just tried to email them from their website and using the email address that's on there to tell the again I dont want calls... waste of time these emails where both returned as they failed to deliver .. what a company and to say people invest in them?

I have tried to explain that someone is already covering the services that they offered me but almost got shout at to be make me understand what they can do. Stay away this is not a way to approach possible customers.

I am getting harassed by this company who are calling many times a day asking if im the business owner - NO IM NOT. the only reason i answer is im expecting calls from London so have to answer. Last agent was SO RUDE to me it has really shocked me. Leave me alone

These people continually pester you even when I say IM NOT INTERESTED !! GO AWAY.. I keep blocking their numbers but they must have hundreds. There should be a system that blocks all their numbers.. they are just a pain in the rear

AVOID!!!!! New I was struggling due to covid 19 and working in the hospitality industry and struggling on redundancy and instead of helping sold my debt to azzuro!

Been trying to access my account. Been on the phone, live chat then phone again. Told it would be sorted and it's still not. Waiting for a verify code that never arrives. Awful.

I just wanted to say I have been trying to sort out an issue with my payment holiday and direct debit for three days. I have been told to cancel the direct debit and contact my bank and then reset it up. The whole thing has been a nightmare. I called again expecting it go round in the same circle but luckily I spoke to a really helpful customer service agent called Charley and she has assured me everything is in place and advised what to to if I have anymore issues

Crap company that do nothing at all stay away from them crap I have credit card of them I've asked for them to contact me since November 49 times I've asked them so I am not paying a penny
