We regularly receive unwanted calls…
We regularly receive unwanted calls from individuals claiming they are from a company called 118 - usually late morning. They often speak poor English and there is a lot of background noise - probably a call centre. Unfortunately these pests keep using different phone numbers so it's impossible to block their calls.

What part of "I am not a business, please take me off your list" do they not understand? Not sure where they have picked my no up from.
I am blocking the numbers they call from - the last two are 01827793032 and 01827793029 so I expect a call from the 3030 3031 .... I have also reported them

Shocking .... cant get through when you do they dont listen , was unable to make an online payment until they added interest for me being unable to pay purely down to their system then I was able to pay because the interest was already added . To be honest I've only had my card 3 months and already been put off using it

This company are crossing the line into harassment. Been calling me for months when you answer they dont speak. When someone has actually spoken they are very rude. I've asked several times for them to stop. Silent calls are harassment and I urge anyone to report them to Ofcom. As its illegal behaviour.

Very RUDE staff
Very RUDE staff, they keep phoning asking the same two questions, 1. Are you the business owner? 2. Are you authorised to make financial decisions on behalf of the company. When answerring NO to both these questions they just hang up... I have asked them on numerous occasions to take us off their calling list just to be ignored.

I get a lot of calls from this company, I have tried being polite and telling them I am not interested and they still call. I ask them to remove my number from their list, as you legally have the right to do so, and they hang up on me. Now I just tell them to F-off. Even that does not work. Pure harassment.

This company is acting illegally! I have asked them on many occasions to remove my number from their database in accordance with GDPR regulations but still I get call after call. On the last call, which was today, I asked to speak with a Supervisor, the idiot then cut me off. Bad company, idiot employees and using illegal practices! If I could give them no stars, that's exactly what I would do.

Constantly receiving phone calls trying to sell me a website for my business. Although I keep telling them that I already have a website and am not interested they keep calling multiple times per hour!

Harassment
Harassment, harassment and once more harassment. Every couple weeks I get a phone call from this company, every time I politely ask not to call me again, until today.
I know there is a lot of competition in this market, but harassing potential customers with phone calls is the worst possible way to get them.

I have just received 4 calls from the same agent via different masked numbers in the UK, every time I challenged the caller he said it was the first time he called. These companies should not be able to operate in this way.
I own my own business so have to answer all calls just in case it is a new business call.

Never ending nuisance calls
Like many other people who have left reviews; I get called non-stop from these people who supposedly want to 'review my business' on Google etc. Every single time I tell them I'm not interested and to remove my details from their database. They usually just hang up on me but then I keep on receiving the calls. I block the number but then they use a different one. I don't know where to go to report them?

Pretty rubbish if I'm honest
Pretty rubbish if I'm honest. The app keeps crashing I've contacted them about 10 times still not sorted the problem. Funny enough minimum payment is coming up and I have no idea what it is due to their stupid app. I log In and it says sorry you don't have an account with us really ? You will be quick to report me to credit agency if I don't make a payment? So sort the crap app out its been a month now and you've not sorted it at all. No communication at all about the issue.
