I work from home and don't pay business rates. With that level of attention to detail, this definitely wouldn't be my first choice of company to use for a rates challenge

Unsolicited email claiming to reduce our rates. They said they had “recently secured a reduction for a nearby property, which certainly on paper mirrors yours”. Our property is a unique 12th century historic hall !!
