It was fast shipping and also good packaging.

Not only did I have to pay the exchange with this company I had to pay $44 of duty! Turned out to be over $100 a can. Ridiculous.

Yeah, avoid using this company unless it’s a last resort. My order was placed on 6-14 and I paid for “priority processing” which is a waste of money - and it’s just now being shipped out on 6/26. I contacted them on 6/22 requesting a refund for my order, which they stated “wasn’t possible because they didn’t know if the order was shipped out”. They stated that their processing time is between 2-6 days, and that’s apparently regardless of paying for “priority”. The person stated that they would contact distribution and if it had not shipped - my refund would be processed….. Well… Low and behold, it’s the 26th and I get a notification that my order is shipped out. Honestly, this business maybe selling legitimate products and they may have a SLIGHTLY better price then my normal major retailer - but I’m gonna just pay the extra couple of bucks to ensure that I can get what I need, when I need it and have service that honors what they say they will do. ALSO… they don’t charge me for “priority shipping” which is ACTUALLY just a line item to collect a few extra bucks. Trash company.

I received my order quickly and am grateful to be able to buy safe formula for my child.

Habituellement ils sont chargés à l’avance et non quand le produit entre au pays.
J’ai trouvé ça très cher, les pris sont en US donc ça coûte très cher pour un canadien.
Le shipping à été très long également. Je fais habituellement affaire avec un compétiteur et leur shipping est beaucoup plus rapide et ce gratuitement.
Je vais retourner avec le compétiteur, je suis mieux servie.

Website let us order and then when we contacted them to make sure formula was in stock they told us it wasn't. We asked to cancel the order because we needed something sooner. Went to another site and ordered. Then a couple days later noticed they hadn't cancelled our original order. They told us that they made a mistake and that it was in stock. They would not refund or let us exchange. Do not use this company. They gave us 10% off next purchase. Why would I want 10% off from a company I'm never going to use again?

Heard many good reviews about this company while researching trusted sources for buying European goats milk formulas. They lived up to their reputation! Highly recommend! Much appreciated baby doing so well on goats milk. More bowel movements per day, less spit ups, less gas related issues. Used Holle 1 and Jovie 2. Thank you Milky Box!

Getting the quality product for my granddaughter is worth it. The delivery is always on time.

I love the Holle brand and when I found this site to order from I was so happy because they ship so fast and give you updates and reminders when your stash may be getting low. Highly recommend and will be using them for our next baby too!

Ordered Kendamil from this site and it shipped within a day and arrived within a week. Payment and shipping went very smoothly. The product that arrived had expiration dates more than a year away, so that was also great. Highly recommended!

Baby milk not mix . It's not a mixed up it leaves some behind spots. It's not deserve proper.

I placed an order and over a week later, I still haven’t received my order. I contacted the customer service and they told me that the milk I ordered is out of stock and they are waiting for the stock to come. This is very ridiculous because if you don’t have in stock then why do you still let customers place orders? Why don’t you just mark the product is out of stock? And why didn’t you contact me first notifying me that I have to wait a bit longer as the milk is out of stock? I only found out when I contact the customer service. Now I have to wait again I don’t know for how long until I can receive the milk for my son. This is totally wasting my time. I would never order from your company again. Awful experience

They didn't stated at the checkout process that there will be 13$ extra fees to pay for the package when received, quite disappointed and they offer a 5% discount which it's nothing compared to that issue.

Very poor communication and waited weeks - month for delivery.
