The delivery speed was not bad

Speed of delivery wasnt bad about 7 days it wasn’t the best but definitely not the worst packaging was good as well just be on the lookout because when it got through customs it was in my state of texas that same day and at my door the next day that i missed them and since i live in apts and front office was closed they took it to my local post office so just be on the lookout because usps really does not go looking for your apt number

Order never delivered

I placed an order on June 14 and as of July 13, I still have not received it. I have emailed The Milky Box support multiple times asking for a refund, considering at this point, they have taken a substantial amount of my money without delivering the product. I have only received a response to one of my emails, which told me that the order has been shipped and may just be caught up in transit. At what point does this become fraudulent?

Good news though — our tracking shows your parcel was delivered two days ago, so it should be with you now. Because your order travelled all the way from Australia, the journey takes a bit longer than a local delivery, and we know the wait can feel longer than expected.

I put in my order on May 14th, still not here

I put in my order on May 14th. It's been 10 days and still no shipment. So much for express 2-4 business day shipping. I had to go buy another formula. Will be looking to return the shipment as soon as I get it, that's if ever get it.

Poor customer experience

Poor customer experience. My package has been delayed for over two weeks with no meaningful support or ownership of the issue. Communication was polite, but no actual solution was provided. I had to order elsewhere and received the same product within 3 days.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! I’ve been a customer of yours since 2024. I’ve never experienced such a delay in receiving the formula. There’s been a clearance delay for over 5 days with no solution other than it’s up to customs now. I realize that the package is not out of your hands, but there’s been no support that my baby is almost out of formula. No rush shipping to send 1 formula can over in the meantime. Not even a discount code for the next time to ease my anxiety about almost being out of formula. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Stuck at customs

I gave my experience 4 stars because my products got stuck at customs for longer than expected. Even after I payed the duty fee and it was released, it still took about 4 days to get to me from the FedEx depot that was only an hour away from me. I’m not sure if there was a reason it took so long but I wasn’t informed of any delays. Other than being stuck at customs, it did ship fairly quickly.

Good formula, shipping needs improvement

Formula seems legitimate, shipping was fast. PLEASE bubble wrap the formula inside the box, it always comes dented and sometimes the cap is broken from the transit.

My package has been stuck in customs…

My package has been stuck in customs for over a week. No one is getting back to me. I now have to order from another company. And dispute charge on my credit card. Absolutely never ordering from this site again.

Terrible customer service. Don’t respond.

Terrible customer service. Ignore repeated requests for help. Chat button on website says live agent is available. Actual chat says only bot. Several emails received no response. All the while could have fixed the issue. Do not recommend this merchant. One aggravated customer.

It has been about 3 weeks and I have…

UPDATE: a refund was issued. Apparently the formula I ordered is out of stock, however I had to email several times to get any kind of response or update. Will not be ordering again but I am glad the issue has been resolved.

It has been about 3 weeks and I have not received my order. Tracking has not updated. I have reached out to the support team multiple times with no updates. I feel scammed.

BEWARE: No refunds or exchanges allowed!

My baby didn't tolerate the formula and I can't get a refund on a new case that was delivered. Asked for help cancelling the re-occuring billing and their instructions do not lead you to a subscription page. This company is a scam!
