Customer service skills improvement needed

They need to learn more about customer service. They are neither polite nor helpful.

I feel sorry for you, that this was your take away. You have twisted and highlighted parts from what I said and forgot to mention the issues on your side.
I wonder how does your company still operate and how many customers you are losing with this attitude.
Anyone reads this trustpilot page is not going to order from you. I honestly hope that you consider to change things.

i can post every email in sequence please dont feel sorry for me I can assure you theres no need. Maybe people should read our google reviews as a lot of trustpilot reviews are from from friends of one lady, who was spiteful and nasty. You ordered at 8am, asking if we could, in your words, could just put it in a garbage bag or similar so the paperbag doesn't get wet. As you didnt want polystyrene like you did the first time you ordered. At 9.07 I said sorry DPD would not accept raw food, which could take 48hrs to be delivered put in a garbage bag. We heard no more so your order was packed. At 11.41 you cancelled but your order had been picked and packed and booked in. You did know our packaging before you ordered but you still ordered anyway. In our terms and conditions it does state that if we have packed an order then you cancel we will add an admin charge. I charged you half of that charge £5. I then explained why we charge an admin fee You then, in your words If you do keep £5 for admin fee, I will write a google and a trustpilot review about my experience. (It doesn't feel great does it? That's how you make your customers feel with this admin fee - you do more damage than what this £5 is worth).
Your order was picked by one member of staff and packed by another member of staff, It was booked in by another member of staff, then you cancelled at 11.41, so then it has to be put away by another member of staff then the stock has to be put back on the website by another member of staff. We charge £10 for admin fees and we are charging you £5. We do have to pay staff to do all the things Ive mentioned above as unfortunately they dont work for free. Do you think that maybe if you wanted your order delivered in a garbage bag you should have asked before hand?? which would have saved my staff wasting their time and it would have saved us having to charge you and it would have saved a negative review

I had the worst experience with a…

I had the worst experience with a stockist (the issue does NOT involve TDB) and needed some advice. Jackie at TDB was super prompt to reply to me and asked questions to understand the issue further. I received more response from them than from the unscrupulous stockist.

TDB products are really good, never had an issue with them. My dog has always thrived on them. I feel they are a reference for raw feeding food. I thought this was worth a review for them. Thank you!

Fab!!

Fab!!! Service
I’m lucky enough to live close enough to visit the shop and click and collect. Never had an issue.
I swapped my cats from pouches to raw due to health issues initially, the known social media groups for feeding cats raw can be a little overwhelming so I asked the lovely lady in shop for some advise, she was honest that she wasn’t sure as it was cats but called someone in who does have cats and does feed them raw! So much help given in what seemed like such a minefield at the time.
My cats have thrived on raw and love their food from here.

I have screen shot but don't know how to atrach

Second time this has happened. Checked the website for opening times, stated 9 till 5 yo get there and find it is shut. Sooooo annoying. Please sort the shonky admin. Also whenever you go on website it says a lot of frozen is sold out to find out when i attend there is plenty in stock.

Great product, terrible customer service

Great product, terrible customer service. I have had a few interactions with the owner and her daughter and couldn’t say a nice word about either of them. I don’t know if it is on purpose or if these people just have no idea how to talk to people with any kind of decency but every enquiry and/or issue seems to be met with immediate hostility. It is really rather a shame as the product itself is wonderful, unfortunately no product could be good enough to redeem the terrible treatment of customers.

REPLY TO OWNER: It doesn’t surprise me in the slightest that you don’t remember me. It must be hard to keep track of all the people you talk to like they are nothing, if all the other reviews reflect reality (which you seem insistent they don’t).

Reply to Alecs' update; What a ridiculous statement to make. My customers are everything to this business and we work extrmely long hours and we bend over backwards to make them and their dogs happy. Some are not happy I will never please everyone but I find it very strange that someone who has influence on social media who wanted a job with us and was very annoyed with us as our factory isnt on a bus route, so annoyed in fact, she phoned us 5 or 6 times shouting abuse down the phone, and even had the man she was with shouting abuse down the phone too,so the phone was put down on her 3 times, she isnt even a customer but has left a review, she then spreads lies on social media and out pops the reviews. If I am wrong I do apologise, If you can email me with dates and times you recieved bad customer service. I will look into it and apologise on here. thedogsbutcher@gmail.com. Our policy is we take zero abuse, the phone gets put down on anyone who is abusive. And if someone comes into our shop, I ban them and threaten to call the police. It does happen, Its usually those people who leave reviews but I will not change our policy

My first trip to the dog butchers was one of positivity. I was dealt with by a young girl, I had been recommended by a friend of mine who told me this was the best pet shop for cheap and basic products. A bit like the primark of pet shops, looks great, cheap and lasts for a short while until you can afford to get a better product. Wow it was just great, I got the dog bed and it lasted 3 months. Very good for £49.99.

So last week I thought I’d use them for some raw dog food. My first time ordering online, the website wasn’t great. So I called, a lady called Sadie answered the phone and when I asked for help on the website she told me it was very easy to use and to figure out myself as she was about to close in 5 minutes. So I waited for my son to come home and he helped me place the order. 3 days later I call up to chase. Sadie answered and was very rude AGAIN, she says to be patient , that I was a nuisance. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told “ the manager is my mum JO so I don’t think that will achieve anything” she laughed and put me through to JO.

JO kindly chased my order.

When my order finally arrived, it was 7kg short and some of the food wasn’t frozen. The actual box it was packaged in had a old newspaper scrunched up init which smelt of animal faeces. When I unpacked it all, there was visable animal faeces all over the newspaper that was used to layer the package.

When I complained, I was told by the owner JO she isn’t a stupid women and she will take action against me if I told the truth.

Since hearing a really bad story yesterday on a famous Instagram account, I thought I should speak out as well. I will be sharing this on my husbands LinkedIn and he is friends with the owner of weatherspoons who lives up the road in Chudleigh.

Enough is enough let’s not be scared to review these people because they come from the Irish traveler community. Everyone is equal. I have many friends I have made over the years who come from the Irish traveller community and aren't bad people. JO I've been informed is second generation traveller, she's really not making a good name for her community.

Awful, horrible company!

Applied for a job with this company on indeed. They invited me in for a interview. I was excited as I was a perfect fit for the role and had over enough experience.

I replied on indeed but didn’t get a confirmation message back. So I rang them and asked to speak to the lady ‘Jo’ who I was speaking with. To rudely be told on the phone by a abruptly rudely spoken girl with no telephone manners. ‘Erm why do you need to speak to her. What’s your business name. I can deal with you’. She was so blunt nasty and bitchy. Obviously has no passion or interest in the business neither customers.

I have just recently moved to Devon. I was travelling to my interview. When I travelled for 40 mins I was told to get of the bus at the bottom of the road and to walk up the hill. I started to walk up the hill with no pavements and it was a 30 min walk to the dog butchers. I was panicked as when I looked the night before it said it was 8 minutes away. I rang the company to inform them I was going to be late. For the same lady to speak to me rudely with attitude and a not bothered attitude. Saying well everyone mainly walks up that hill there’s no issue we’re not that far away. Just a very nasty blunt lady. She literally made me cry how rudely she spoke to me. She put me off even wanting to come to the interview. She is the nastiest rudest person I have ever spoken to over the phone.

I rang back to tell them I didn’t feel comfortable attending the interview as the walk was so dangerous i nearly got hit by a car 3/4 times! Also i felt so uncomfortable after being spoken to like a piece of rubbish. Also the money wasn’t that great I’m also just over qualified for this position.

For the lady to shout and swear abuse at me. To tell me to stop calling the company otherwise they are going to report me to the police for harassment. She then threatened me telling me she knows where I live and she’s going to report me to Indeed so I can’t apply for anymore job roles.

I don’t no if you think this is acceptable? It’s bullying. You’re a very sad lady. Personally I feel extremely sorry for you. I’ve read all you’re bad reviews online and I wouldn’t want to work for a company like you. Previous colleges saying how abusive and nasty your company is.

It’s literally awful. I’m so shocked with how I got spoken to. I was so excited to meet the team and this job was totally up my street! However I will never be treated like this by anyone. How dare you threaten me, swear at me and scream at me?…

I will be leaving this review everywhere I possibly can. I’m also going to take to social media where I have over 10 thousand followers on my dog nutrition account.

I’m sure the owner will replying saying this review isn’t true! Like she has to everyone else’s bad reviews. Doesn’t seem like she likes the truth about her awful company.

I hope you loose business and have a horrible day. So nice dealing with such nasty people.

Bullying is a very stong term to use when it was you ring us up and giving us abuse. Are you a bully? I doubt it, and neither am I for threatening to report you, as you kept ringing us up. Not once have I rang your mobile
I hope you have qualifications for in being a dog nutirtionist as I doubt this very much. I will be looking at your dog nutritionist account and leaving the same reviews!!
You rang 6-8 times this morning, we have the phone records to prove it. Twice to tell me you were on your way but you would be late, once to tell me you were on your way.Then you rang to say You didnt want to walk up the hill to where we are situated, you were told not to worry, we do have some people who walk but you didnt have to come in for an interview, . I wouldnt want to walk up that hill either. You started getting very difficult and I could here you shouting down the phone to my colleague from the other side of the office about how dangerous it was to make people walk up the hill. You then rang again, this is phonecall number 5or even 6, this time you had a man call my collegue names, the phone was put down on you and your friend. You then rang again and I took the phone off my colleague and told you we did not want you ringing up again, so it could be 7 or 8 phone calls. You then phoned again. You were screaming down the phone. I told you if you rang again I was going to contact the police due to harrasment and threatening phone calls and that I was going to contact indeed and repot you and if I see any reviews or any slander I WILL CONTACT MY SOLICITOR!!!! I cant believe people like you walk the earth

Disgusting rude and very unprofessional customer care.

My goodness I wish id come here and checked out reviews before engaging with this company. Im a little relieved im not the only person who has been subject to the most abominable customer service I have had from a company ever. Please avoid its like playground bullying. I cant even begin to express how rude, sarcastic and foolishly this company treat any complaint. Avoid at all costs is my advice very unprofessional. I found a code on google with money off which I applied at check out, it worked, usually a sign the code is valid. Without notice after e mails confirming the order and a further e mail confirming the order had been processed it was cancelled. No phone call no chance to put it right no pre warning it would be cancelled.. just cancelled. Apparently the code which went through was not valid I would have been more than happy to pay the extra had they given me the chance. When I expressed how inconvenient this was I was bombarded with the biggest lot of drivel you have ever heard. I was shocked at the responses to e mail. Rude sarcastic and even said we know who you are, we have your e mail we will discredit you, told me I was full of self importance it really needs to be seen in its entirety to be believed. Then accused me of slander if I used my right to free speech over a factual experience with there customer service and the after handling of the situation. I have never had such unprofessional and disgraceful treatment. Looking at reviews it seems others have been subject to the same treatment and by the same individual. Id shop elsewhere if I where a new customer somewhere that has good customer relations a polite and friendly customer service. The final word from them was treat others as you would want treated yourself. They would be well advised to heed their own advice. Shocking company AVOID REPLY TO THE DOGS BUTCHERS RESPONCE BELOW.... Why would I waste my time using a code that would get my order cancelled I did not find the code on your site I googled it. No where was I aware the code would invalidate my order. I honestly don't know if I feel sorry for you or if its laughable but the more you respond either via e mail or to all the comments here on trust pilot the more this highlights the unhelpful, rude and sarcastic service you offer. Scroll other reviews and read back your response honestly this is not making you or the dogs butcher endearing to the people who would potentially be custom for you. I cant see why your not seeing this its screaming for all to see.

You took a code from our website. it clearly states what the code is to be used for. The website says " When ordering Shop stock, for courier delivery i.e. dehydrated treats or supplements you may be charged twice, as shop stock is not posted with perrishable goods, i.e raw food. If you want shop stock delivered with your Raw delivery and not seperate and there is enough room in your box, we can not accept any responsibility if your order defrosts quicker because you have non frozen items in your box ( which will compromise the temperature of the box) please add this in comments and add the coupon code PSSC7, which will deduct the shipping code for shop stock. Shop stock can be ordered on our own van delivery service, at no extra cost . ANY ABUSE OF THIS CODE AND WE WILL REFUND WITHOUT NOTICE". We actually emailed you and refunded your order. You then sent US a threatening email saying you were going to go on all the raw feeding groups and tell everyone how bad we are at customer service. I said that my customers would inform me of this and I knew your name so letts put things in the right context!! I hope you tell everyone how you abused the code as you wanted to get money off your food. So you made the mistake ( or you got caught) and we get the blame. it really does show what type of person you are

Plastic found in food

Plastic found in food. Poor customer service communications. They admitted to clear plastic bags in production and then tried to refute this claim. They claimed to not receive emails even though they made no efforts to resolve the issue. They ensured a refund which they then informed me I could not receive, only from the stockist. This matter took two months to resolved which is appalling.

Since reading some more reviews, it's clear that Jo is the route of these issues and needs to be fired. She is a detriment to this company.

Food has always come on time and the quality has been good. Still all frozen on arrival.
My dogs love the complete minces which they are usually fussy with as they prefer bigger chunks.
Surprised at the other reviews as I have had no issues, so cannot comment on their direct customer service either way.

The most disgusting customer service

Ordered a few of their products and wasn't happy with the quality so emailed them and long story short, got called a liar, told I need to "seek help", told that they were going to contact every supplier and tell them what a "difficult customer" I am, and trash me all over social media!

I think she must have realised how bad her emails were as tried to tell me it was illegal to share/screenshot emails without permission which is categorically not true.

I can see from the other reviews that I'm not the only one unfortunate to deal with Joanne!
I'm 100% sure she will further demonstrate her atrocious customer service skills in her reply to this review.
Please check out my google review of the company with screenshots of Jo threatening to tell every supplier what a difficult customer I am as apparently I'm lying, a shame I cant upload pics on here!

You have no idea how to deal with complaints and take them all to heart which you shouldn't.
I never said your bones weren't packed my weight I stated that for the 3 years I've been buying them your KG bags always used to contain 3-4 good size bones, not multiple offcuts and fat. When asked (multiple times) why you have decided to lower the quality of your product in this way you were not able to provide an answer.
I have not been rude but direct since you have been very rude and unprofessional with me.
Threatening people with slander and telling them to "seek help" is not exactly a professional approach to a disatisfied customer.
If you continue to threaten me I will take legal action against you.

4th response to owner: You started off by stating that you never said you were going to trash me (which was a lie as I have the emails to prove it) to then openly admitting you will, so thank you for providing me with the evidence I need to take this further!
I've made one complaint but that makes me a serial complainer?!
So in retaliation for not being a satisfied customer and making a complaint (which is my right) you've openly stated you will now tell every company you supply to not to sell to me! I will contact all the companies you supply too and under a FOI find out exactly what you have said about me which will give me additional evidence to strengthen my case against you.

Your email was totally insulting. I didnt call you a liar I just stated we have always packed bones by the kg and not by amount, which is a fact, you got your facts wrong. If you want to make a valid complaint do not start by totally insulting the company you want to make a complaint to as always expect to be treated how you treat others. No I think my emails were fare after the insults you threw at me. I didnt threaten to trash you at all. You have done a good job of that all by yourself Leanne I run a business you have taken no responsibility for your rudeness. I am not the only one who thinks you are rude. You cant legally screen shot a personal message or email and put it on social media. I will tell MY suppliers what a difficult customer you are that is true. If you bought the product direct from us, I would ban you from my website as life is too short to deal with people who think they can say what they want and not be accountable. I cant believe you want to do this in a review. I think you should find a hobby. This is so tiring now. I will just ask my suppliers to look at your review. I will also send them the pictures of the prefectly cut lamb bones which arent quite the size you require. They can make their own decision if they want to deal with a serial complainer. I wont say anything I will show them your emails and this review :-) you will tell them everything they need to know Good day. Travelling is a great hobby. My regular raw source

I’ve been using The Dog’s Butcher for several years to feed both my dogs and had absolutely no problems.

Stuff arrives quickly and for price it’s as good or better than any I’ve found. And the dogs love the variety of bones, minces and other meat.

The website and ordering system has improved over time as well.

Really surprised to see a number of negative reviews.

My dogs love this brand

My dogs love this brand. Having had a very bad experience with another, similar company (where there was blue plastic and 7cm bone in some of the completes & an aggressive company response), we are relieved to be using TDB, who genuinely seem to care about customer service and quality control

Not a good experience...

That's the first tripe I've bought that the dogs refused to eat, strangely it didn't have much smell to it either, normally they go mad for tripe. I gave it to a friend but their dog wouldn't eat it either.
The 2 pack turkey necks are listed with the additional information of 1kg but when they arrived over half were barely 100g each, when I queried this I was told that the additional information was for courier purposes only - if this is the case then it should state that on the listing as this is mis-selling. I requested a return and refund but decided against it in the end, as the customer service response came across as quite standoff ish and unfriendly, so I wasn't sure it would go smoothly, therefore I decided to cut my loses and not waste any more time.

You ordered under the minimum order for courier as you didnt read the website which on every page says we will refund all orders under 7kg as it may defrost in transit. We refunded you., And you sent rude emails because of this. Yet we are at fault and we are rude because we wouldnt reverse the refund ( which is impossible by the way) and said you had to to re order at the correct amount.I even had to put your emails into spam as you wouldnt stop emailing us. Thanks, it shows what sort of person you are

A Great Company to deal with

As a customer who regularly orders large amounts of food from Jo at TDB, I can honestly say that over the four + years we have bought their products, we have never had anything but great Customer Service and professionalism from the team. If there is ever a mistake, which does sometimes happen, it is rectified with out any rudeness or harassment which has been mentioned in previous reviews.
The food is a fantastic quality and very popular. A great Company to order from, considering what is looked at from other Companies, as Customer Service.

Would certainly never order from these cowboys again and would advise others not to order either as the attitude of the staff is absolutely ridiculous. If you want your personal information exposed online then this is the place to order from as after reviewing the company with problems I received with delivery “that they could not take up personally with DPD” my personal information was threatened to be exposed by the company online which breaches data protection. Also received numerous threats and allegations of slandering the company when leaving a review of my experience. Joanne McMahon in particular continued to harass and abuse me via emails after continuing to tell her to stop contacting me. She stated she would expose my emails with personal information. I had no problems with the emails being uploaded as it’s embarrassing on her and the company’s part but you don’t expose customers details. Every company has the right to respond to a review but not threaten to expose my personal information along with this. She messaged me at 5am on Friday morning saying spam time!!! She also replied saying Ditto? Is this a respectable business? They are very rude and arrogant if something goes wrong and clearly need £40/50 more than the customer. She abused and harassed me continuously for 2 days with emails coming in at 11pm at night and the 5am in the morning. I would certainly advise against using this company as when you review them they claim slander and state they have ever right to expose personal information as it’s detrimental to their business. She said I was a liar on numerous occasions when I had only left my experience for others to see which I’m entitled to. After leaving a review you don’t get a choice to respond to the nonsense they reply making you out to be the bad one. Also blocked me from reviewing them on google in which Joanne stated was the only service she used for reviews. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I had an issue and received nothing but cheek and abuse when she contacted me regarding this and that’s why I’ve left various reviews. My partner left a review on here for them to respond with the most outrageous rubbish I’ve ever heard yet she can’t comment back. If anyone want the emails from thedogsbuther from me to see for yourself reply and I’ll send you them. It’s disgusting. A shambles of a company.

I have loads better to do with my time than argue with you. Your email came through at 11pm and against 5am saying spam time you’re embarrassing. My partner posted a review to which she couldn’t reply to so I’ve now left a review as I have on other forums. We contacted you to resolve the matter and you keep stating the fact we should take responsibility? Post your emails of my personal information as you said you would proving the issue was an easy mistake to make and that DPD never left the parcel in a safe place in which you couldn’t resolve. I don’t want a refund you need it more that me but you’ve harassed me and been abusive over leaving reviews. Your company is disgusting. Your behaviour is disgusting. The way you treat customers is disgusting so good luck to your business as I’m sure now many others won’t bother. As for the “apparent lies” I’ve left an honest review of my experience. I’m sitting at home very happy but felt others should know of your terrible company now stop harassing me on emails I would send one and get 2/3 back after it. It’s not normal or professional.

EDIT I HAVE JUST HAD YET ANOTHER EMAIL FROM YOU. Have you nothing better to do with your tim David Bradford. This is your second review. Your first was full of lies. You haven't stopped emailing me.. my staff had to put the phone down on you and your girlfriend as you were so abusive on the phone. All because YOU gave the wrong delivery address and expected us to foot the bill. Now grow up, take responsibility for your mistakes. Any emails you have had from me are in reply to ones you have sent me. I was in bed by 9pm last night so yet another lie
All thos is because you gave the wrong address, we have had no apology. You blamed my website for putting in the wrong address, yet its your old address, you said my staff were rude as they put the phone down on you as you were abusive. Which in an email you blamed on the fact you are scottish!! You told lies in your original revue as you said WE had sent it to wrong address. When i threatened to post emails., you changed it. You have never taken responsibility and you say I am not normal,

Disgusting customer service

The parcel was apparently left in a ‘safe’ place which it wasn’t as it was left outside a flat meaning anyone walking past could see it & take it. So that’s exactly what’s happened. I had to drive over an hour to the address they sent it to only to discover it wasn’t in the ‘safe’ place meaning someone had clearly taken it. When I called to explain this their attitude was absolutely disgusting to both my partner & I. They told us to contact the police which we did & they told us that it’s not a police matter as the delivery driver shouldn’t have left it in a public place. Their words ‘they may as well have left in the street’ & we had to contact the company again. I did contact them & their attitude was beyond disgusting. So much so that the horrible woman hung the phone up on me. Very nice customer service. So now I have no food for my dog & will have to now look for another company. Safe to say I wouldn’t be recommending them to anyone. So before you think about ordering for your fur babies I would think twice. Clearly they don’t take responsibility for there mistakes & your treated like you don’t matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Own their own mistakes? What does that mean? Have you read the email I sent or just picked parts from it as I I’m now disputing the “safe” place it was left. Have a proper read.

As for having a Scottish grandmother and a “half” Scottish husband is completely irrelevant as I stated you clearly don’t understand Scottish folk Glaswegians in particular as you said I was nothing but rude and cheeky to you and your staff when I was making a perfectly valid point.

Thank you for advising you don’t use trust pilot you use google etc so I’ll be reviewing you on these also and various Facebook posts. As for the apparent threats your obviously very paranoid as not once have I issued any threats I pointed out the fact I was going to leave a review that I’m entitled to do. This is not a threat.

As for the breach of data protection from your company saying you will show my emails etc if I left a bad review about you on public sites is something I’ll seek legal advice regarding as this is breaking data protection so your company isn’t very trustworthy.

As for saying it’s a police matter. The police were contacted and stated it was a civil dispute between myself, your company and DPD as no proof of a crime being committed so saying about a crime reference number is irrelevant.

You should have sorted this dispute out with DPD directly as I sent across pictures of the parcel outside a communal close door for anyone in the street to see. This was not a “safe” place. This is what I’m disputing so this was your issue to resolve with DPD not myself as a safe place would have been outside my door. The DPD driver should have gained access to the secured entry door via neighbours instead of leaving it looking onto a main road. This was your issue to resolve as a company not mine personally.

Your attitude and threats are absolutely diabolical. You’re lies are extreme to say the least and your not subsidising my order due to a problem with the delivery service you use leaving stuff somewhere that isn’t safe. Forget about the items getting sent to the billing address instead of shipping address as you stated you this was an easy mistake to make. You’ll see from previous emails the photo it was left outside a controlled entry door for anyone to pick up - this is totally wrong and a problem you should be sorting. You can keep the £40/50 as you’re company obviously need it more than me it’s been absolutely pathetic.

You’re emails are also available for everyone to see should I need to upload them. So don’t threaten me with breaching my data protection as a customer. I now feel unsafe with my information being exposed by you’re company as you’ve stated in an email so you’ll hear from me in due course after seeking legal advice.

There isn’t an option to post emails on this but I’ll be sure to post them on forms about your company about folk looking for raw food. You keep saying lies and we were abusive which is a complete lie. Hi, you gave us the wrong address, I have proof, dont forget its all in writing on top of your order, which is from the address you have provided, we do not add addresses ourselves. The address you provided is,an old address of your boyfriends. You were BOTH extremely rude on the phone, to a member of my staff, so much so, she had to terminate the call and she was extremely upset by your threats. At no point did you take responsibility for not amending the correct delivery address, when you had changed the billing,address. As I pointed out to your boyfriend via email, its an easy mistake to make. Your boyfriend has blamed your rudeness on the fact you are Scottish and you tend to ne direct. I have emails to prove this and you wanted a refund. We can not give a refund for your mistake and rude is rude no matter which country you come from.Your box got stolen too, which in the phone conversation you blamed us for. My colleague rightly pointed out it was a police matter. You said the police told you it was our responsibility. Sorry, if they did say that, its not correct. In your email you said we fobbed you off telling you to go to the police, when in fact we suggested this ad you might be able to claim on your house insurance with a crime reference number.
Edited you have changed the review right from the start. You first said we sent it to the wrong address when we didn't, we sent it to the address you stated on order. We ask that you be in when we deliver as we have a perishables contract and DPD HAVE TO LEAVE THE ORDER as it will get destroyed if not delivered in the alloted time. the long and short of this is you did not amend your delivery address. We did not send this to the wrong address as you have stated in the abovereview ALTHOUGH THIS HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED. SHAME ON YOU. HAVE YOU CHANGED THIS ON YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW TOO? If we were responsible you would have a box sent out to you straight away, but the address you gave us ,wasn't the one you wanted it to go to, as you did not amend those details. The box was stolen, there is nothing we can do, but you rang the office and two people were abusive down the phone. PLEASE upload my emails, I don't have a problem but you seem to have one if I upload yours. As I said if you are going to lie in a public place about my business I can defend myself. You are saying that you received bad customer service because we would not take responsibility because you put down the wrong address, then the box was stolen and we put the phone down on you due to you being threatening and rude and this was both you and your girlfriend.
