I suspect a Brushing Scam! Small package arrived via Yodel from TDG Sedgwick Rd Luton. Inside were 2 packs of children's tattoos. Certainly not ordered by me. Watch this company and watch out for the potential aftermath of a tonne of 5 Star reviews in your name.

Received a kids toy glider (plane) today that i did not purchase. After reading similar reviews it’s obvious that its a scam. Avoid this company.
I have received a parcel today that I did not order. It was a small package of 8 sets of kids tattoos. After investigation and speaking to the delivery company yodel. I found out that it seems to be a scam known as a brushing scam where they get your details from a company and send small items and use it to write 5 star reviews for themselves

A small parcel of 8 packets of children's stick-on tattoos arrived, via Yodel, today. The package is listed as coming from: TDG, Sedgewick Road, Luton, LU4 9DT.
We didn't order these and, I suspect, it could be part of a 'brushing' scam - where a company endeavours to raise its star ratings by sending out small packages of little value to random people whose details they have bought from junk mail address providers. The company then writes its own '5 star' reviews based upon those deliveries.
I shall report the matter to Trading Standards and Yodel.
Ordered a second hand book from Amazon - dispatched quickly enough, but still waiting for book. If you have a choice I would not recommend this company.
This company seem to be very good at loosing track of your parcels and also they have excuses by the containerful when things do inevitably go wrong. 1.6 stars seems a tad generous to me.

They picked up a parcel from Southport took it to Luton just to send it back to the north west and give the parcel to Royalmail to complete the delivery.....what a waste of time and money and now the present will more than likely be late for Christmas.
I've had a parcel delivered to me today, which I haven't ordered and don't want. The parcel had my name & address on it though and was sent to me by The Delivery Group in Luton. If these scammers think I'm paying for something I didn't order and don't want, they have another thing coming.
My package arrived as just an empty envelope. Seal clearly torn open and absolutely nothing inside.
I received a brown envelope delivered to me with The delivery group stamp, when I opened it there was nothing inside. I am now completely confused as to what I was supposed to get 🤷♀️
I didn’t realise how poorly run this company was until I moved to another logistics company. I had 2 parcels go missing and the nightmare I had to try to make a claim was beyond a joke. I was advised I had to wait, I waited and then was advised it was over the claim period. The parcels were apparently being returned to me, I posted them November - and only 2 weeks ago I’m still being told one is due to be returned next few days still nothing. I had to keep emailing in every few days - the business is very poorly organised. Now moved to another company with a similar name that are on another level. I advise to seriously consider before using these unfortunately.
Having attempted to use this company for delivering our parcel i never though a company could this bad. We have parcels go missing and delivered weeks after they we sent. The person in charge of our account is as useless. We still keep getting invoices months after we stopped using them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
My entire experience with this company has been a Wild Goose Chase. They were the sole tracking number provided to me by the supplier, but the moment they handed the parcel to another company, they lose all information regarding it.
I'm literally astounded. My parcel, has in effect, vanished into thin air, because of this company not following due diligence and getting the correct information when they pass the parcel onto another company.
Hannah Brosnan, and the young trainee girl who's been answering the phone, have done nothing to help, except phob me off for the entire weekend. Unacceptable.
Can’t give zero but my first experience deserves nothing more. Book lost never to be seen again I guess. Fair play to retailer who refunded as soon as I reported the issue.

One might image that they do this in order to have mail deliberately delayed.
We received eight letters form August to December 2022 with the following results
8 letters issued, presumed all second class.
3 late [8 days or over] [37.5%], 1 [12.5%] missing. 50% failure rate.
Of the 4 letters not "late", none were delivered within the target time, which is apparently within three working days of collection. 95.6% of Second Class mail was so delivered [Google into Ofcom as "ofcom target time for second class postal deliveries"]

Amazon order placed on 3 April. Booked to be picked up by tdg on 4th. Tracking shows leaving West Bromwich and getting to Luton on 9th, Bristol on 12th and finally passed to Royal Mail to do the delivery job properly in Swindon by 14th (hopefully). Don't go near them.

I regret placing an order with amazon now, when I seen that the delivery group was the company sending it, I thought, oh no, I won't be getting that item for a while, not the way it should be.. if you come across the same issue, just cancel the order, unless waiting a week or more doesn't bother you.
The delivery group have worked really hard to get low stars and for that I admire their efforts. But they are truly rubbish at delivering stuff so it's one to avoid... I've waited over a week for a parcel to be delivered and the tracking number doesn't even show where the parcel has reached.. I think it's a cowboy company to be honest.
