Today I received a small package of magazines I regularly distribute for a charity. But this time the package also included a large batch of leaflets relating to some random electrical item, totally unrelated to the charity magazines. Reading other reviews has shown that this is not a one off practice for THE DELIVERY GROUP. I don't know what they're playing at. But I don't trust them.

The driver blocked the car park exit. I politely asked him to move slightly so I could take my car out, but he refused, insisting only on unloading his items.

Such selfish behavior reflects poorly on the company’s management. This kind of attitude and conduct only makes matters worse.

I've received kids tattoo that I didn't order

My Amazon order has TDG as a courier. I got a notice that seller has dispatched my order. It was first supposed to be delivered 17th of april and then it changed to 22th of april.
Well, it didnt arrive today and I called customer service. They have no record of my package and the order tracking code is not working.
Never ordering anything if they are going to be the courier firm. Lesson learned.

Was meant to receive one small makeup item yesterday but it didn’t come. Checked the tracking through Amazon which is where I’ve ordered this item from, now says it will be delivered today but it’s nearly 7pm and I am pretty sure it isn’t going to turn up yet again. This is the first time I’ve ordered an item with Amazon using this company as a delivery service if that’s what you want to call it. But what I don’t understand is it arrived in Springfield in Essex depot at 5ish in the morning today and then go to check the tracking again and at 3ish this afternoon today it is now saying it’s arrived back at the same depot???? Will I actually receive my item? I’ve phoned Amazon up and they said it should arrive today by 10pm and I said but it’s gone back to the same depot with several hours apart, whereas those extra hours should of arrived at my address. She said give it til tomorrow by 10pm if it doesn’t arrive request a refund. It’s taken days as it is to receive this item, i am really annoyed because it’s an item I need now as I have run out of this makeup. But now after reading the reviews I’ve lost all hope and I am not going to lie but the reviews of scams and parcels with nothing inside or kids toys being delivered makes me anxious. I will give them til tomorrow evening to get this item delivered which I’m pretty sure won’t happen. Will definitely be making sure I steer clear from this company. If I could give it 0 stars I will. Surely as a company seeing all these bad reviews you would of thought they would improve their services but the bad reviews are all the way back to 2021 and 1.5 star is a very low rating on Trustpilot, surely as a company you should be concerned and sort yourself out but 4 years on and still more really bad reviews. This company needs to be investigated on, terrible service. Avoid!!!!

Update: My item came today 😊 . It did originally state on the tracker late last night that it would be delivered on 1st April. Wasn’t happy having to wait even longer so called Amazon and they said they had an update that I couldn’t see that said it is out for delivery today. I received the item nice and securely this morning. So I take back the 1 star, it would have just been nice if the tracking details were updated for me. Thank you.

Ordered on 17th March from cotswolds books on Amazon. Expected delivery date 20th March. 22nd March get an email in the AM that it is out for delivery. Get an email then at 9pm (same day) saying it will now be delivered by 26th March. ITS A BOOK. How does it take 9 days to deliver a book. DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM COMPANIES WHO USE THIS COURIER SERVICE. The book I ordered was for my holiday. I won't get it in time now. How are companies so INCOMPETENT. I have left a bad review with the cotswolds book company, hopefully they end their contract with the worst courier company in the UK. Worse than ANY of the other courier companies. AVOID.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, despite being fully and correctly addressed. And the companies feedback process is dreadful. I was allowed to say the delivery was"not so good"!

Horrible delivery service! Kept extending the delivery date by the day and the product has not shown up in two months. Cancel immediately if you buy from amazon and see the delivery group listed to deliver your order! The absolute worst and an actual scam!

Ordered item from Amazon on December 12th, it cleared customs on the 18th of December, but the item has yet to be delivered and it is now the 9th of January. Terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

Order made via Amazon 3 weeks ago. Parcel stops at the Customs. Delivery asked to contact them, but no references to phone number or email. I bought a book in the UK for a student in Belgium..... How can that be blocked at the Customs for so many days..... Never again

This has to be the worst delivery company ever. I won’t but from
Amazon sellers if they use The Deliverv Grouo as they’re hopeless. Tracking info is appalling and no prewarning of delivery !!! I’d give them 0 if possible

Brushing scam!!! Sent a children's toy foam plane that I did not order

A number of books ordered through eBay were "delivered" by this company by leaving the box in my garden in the rain without any notification of delivery. On reviewing my CCTV there was no attempt to knock, at my door, no card left to notify of where the item was left... Just a message via eBay that my item had been delivered.

This is the second time the company have done this, and looking at reviews here it seems to be their standard approach. Absolutely disgraceful

I received a kids foam toy plane 🤔 definately didn't order that!! Left scratching my head and no way of finding out what is going on!!

Ordered items from Amazon 16/10 delivery was to be 19/10 I needed these quickly. It's now 26/10 and still no sign of items. Apparently been sitting with Royal Mail since 21/10. AVOID all dealings with these people, tracking useless and terrible service.

I ordered a book from Sage publishers and it was unfortunately delivered by this company. I received no notification of the delivery, so my pricey academic book spent an unknown number of days hidden in my front yard in the pouring rain and is now water-damaged.

I paid for expedited delivery, but unfortunately, my parcel was handed over to The Delivery Group. The delivery date kept changing, and there was absolutely nothing expedited about it.

When the item finally arrived, the delivery agent ignored my front door and decided to dump the parcel in my back garden instead. After I signaled that I was home, he casually came to the door, cigarette in hand, filling my house with the awful smell of smoke. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I was delivered unsolicited goods today. From other feedback I can see this is common practice known as 'brushing scam'. I tried to 'chat' with Yodel but getting nowhere, it just sits waiting for a reply.
