From our design studio in Bristol, we create blankets and scarves that celebrate colour, comfort and traditional craftsmanship. Excellent Product and Service
Their competitors don't understand the basics. Offer quality products which are available and when an order is placed, get them sent out quickly. It's not rocket science. Well done, though, to the British Blanket Company for dealing with my order so efficiently. I like the blankets and they will get a lot of use.

Incredibly poor customer service
The quality of the blanket was wonderful, although I returned it because it just wasn’t large enough.
The reason for my low rating is the experience I have had with trying to get a refund after the product was returned many weeks ago. I have written many emails to both of the addresses given, but have had absolutely zero response. There is no contact number to call direct and speak to someone to find out why 1. I have not received a refund and 2. To understand why no one has contacted me from TheBritishBlanketcompany.com
It is very frustrating.
Would be great to get this resolved as soon as possible please.
Update - Since leaving this review The British Blanket company have been in touch with me to apologise for my experience with the customer service I received. Which I am very thankful for.

Lovely blanket
Lovely blanket, loved by myself and my 4 cats, it’s a bit of a fight who can snuggle into it first. The colours are beautiful (burnt orange and grey), I choose the small size which is perfect for snuggling on the sofa, the weave is quite “open” so will snag easily but yes, it gorgeous and I am very pleased.

Deliciously comforting.

I love my cotton blanket
I love my cotton blanket! It was an expensive purchase but well worth it. Excellent quality and beautiful design. I have been using it in place of a polyester fleece blanket and have found that it keeps me warm but comfortable and not sweaty like the synthetic fleece. I’ve yet to wash it, so I’m not sure how it holds up with washing.
