Great choice, good prices, quick delivery. Excellent service.

I paid for a large plant and when it arrived, I was honestly shocked by the condition. First of all, the foliage looked very dirty. I understand that some damage can happen during transit. However, there was a lot of browning, and most of the foliage had visible cuts, tears and marks. The damage was widespread and affected the overall appearance of the plant. Even some of the newer growth was damaged, with some leaves having corners completely broken off.

Customer service was polite and apologetic and offered Dust Gloves to clean the foliage, along with a 15% refund. I was also told I could remove some of the larger damaged lower leaves, but doing that now would leave the plant looking sparse and unbalanced.

Overall, I don't feel the plant was worth the money, and I feel the refund should have been more than 15%. I wanted a large statement plant that looked good in my home, but instead I have a plant with a lot of cosmetic damage that I now have to live with and wait for new growth to improve its appearance.

I appreciate that they responded to my complaint and offered a “resolution”, but for £109, I expected much better.

Everything was great; would have been five stars but they only had one of the item I wanted.

My banana plant looks so happy in his new pot from Hortology (he needed some more space for his two pups to grow). The pot looks gorgeous and good quality. Delivery was good - lots of communication. Definitely recommend.

I've bought two plants from Hortology already and both arrived well packaged, very quickly and in perfect health and condition. They look exactly like on the website and seem to be thriving. The useful care tips on the website also help, it's a nice touch.
I also like the wide range of plants they offer-it's been hard to find some of the plants they offer elsewhere (including big gardening centres). I've already recommended Hortology to friends and family, great service and offering.

Terrible customer service and poor-quality products.

After placing my order, I received absolutely no communication for almost a week. I emailed to ask for an update on my order and received no response whatsoever.

The pots finally arrived today, and unfortunately, all three look significantly different from the pictures advertised on the website.

One of the pots is metal, but the outside is covered in what appears to be very poor-quality patterned plastic, which is already showing visible creases and bubbles. Even worse, there are small patches of rust on the inside.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the products. This is the first and last time I will ever order from this site.

I would definitely recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered some plastic sheet for planters I make it was spot on good quality and no problem with delivery.

Really pleased with my Hortology experience. The pots I bought are beautiful. Almost as importantly, the packaging was effective, and the couriers they use take care of the parcels and deliver to our (third floor tenement) door, unlike some.

As described - arrived quickly. Very pleased with item.

Been looking for a particular style of vase and finally found it at HORTOLOGY. When I made an enquiry after purchase and they replied immediately with the information. Was impressed with the customer service. The Opus floor vases are beautiful. Very well made and look very stylish. Worth every penny.

Very disappointing experience with Hortology. I ordered a plant pot which was incorrectly marked as delivered by APC, despite not being delivered to me.

I contacted Hortology and they acknowledged that something had gone wrong with APC. They confirmed that the proof-of-delivery photo and GPS location were not for my address and related to another delivery made by the driver that day. They said they would work with APC to resolve the issue and would be in contact with me.

It is now over a month later and I have heard absolutely nothing further. I still do not have my order, and no replacement or refund has been arranged.

Really poor customer service and a very frustrating experience.

Great quality indoor plants. Well packed when shipped.

The website stated that my plant would be delivered when it was in stock. This was too vague so I emailed to enquire. The response was quick and helpful. My plant arrived a couple of days later and is a lovely healthy looking one. I was pleased with the size too. Altogether very pleased 😊

Lovely pots really pleased

I have been looking for a while for a very large plant pot. We have inherited ar large weeping fig. One of the many plants left at my parents. I finally came across Hortology. My only problem defining which one I wanted. Ordered a beautiful pot, then received an email saying there were firing cracks did I still want it. That's the first time it's ever happened. So I can honestly say they area brilliant company to deal with. Benjamin has now settled I to his new big pot and we are delighted with it. Delivery was fast too. Thankyou Hortology and well done.
