Great program
Studio Bloom is an excellent workout program for both pregnancy and post-partum. It has a variety of workouts with clear instructions and great coaches. But what I like the most is the way they address moms and moms to be, there is no body shaming, no promises of unrealistic results, and they constantly encourage women to honor and love themselves, no matter where we are in our journey.

This app and this method is gold!
I absolutely love this app and the bloom method! I've tried 3 other ones but this one is so far the best. The workout programs are so well designed, you can tell that they really know what they are doing.
Learning the foundations of this method allowed me to understand my body and connect to it better.
I've started it 5 years post partum with 3cm wide diastasis recti and after 2 months I'm doing a great progress. My waistline is slimmer and beautiful shape, the front of my belly is starting to be flat
I feel extremely motivated and feel like I want to keep doing this type of exercise for the rest of my life.
This app is gold and I'm grateful I found it!

Love these classes!
I joined Bloom in my second trimester and I couldn’t be happier. I know everything I’m doing is safe and healthy for me and baby. I am also loving the shorter 20 min work outs now that I’m in my 3rd trimester and feeling very tired. I’m still able to feel great about myself and get some movement in! These are great classes if you’ve never worked out before to mammas who’ve been working out for years!! Something for everyone ... I truly love this program!

A world of difference between pregnancies
I recommend The Bloom Method/Studio Bloom to any pregnant or postpartum mama. I used the program during my second pregnancy and wished I had it in my first. I was stringer throughout my pregnancy, recovered better from my repeat c section, and came back better than ever.
After my first pregnancy I spent 7 months in PT and taking the time to “pre-hab” during my second pregnancy helped me avoid the same fate.
I recently revisited the program at 20
Months postnatal to check in and make sure I’m still connecting appropriately to help me with my preferred activities (lifting and running). Thank you for creating this content!

I have loved being a part of Studio Bloom!
I have loved being a part of Studio Bloom in Australia! I joined when I was 12 weeks pregnant and am currently almost 4 weeks post partum. I can honestly say that Studio Bloom not only kept me fit and healthy throughout my pregnancy but also taught me breathing techniques that helped with labour and I felt prepared for what I could do day 1 post partum! Belly pumps and (weak) core holds to do simple things like get in and out of the hospital bed and pick up my baby while still protecting my core! I could and can feel the benefits of Studio Bloom method and am now enjoying the rehab series to recover from childbirth.
So thank you Studio Bloom and Brooke!

I seriously cannot say in words how…
I seriously cannot say in words how much the Bloom Method has helped me. I began doing the excercises at 30 weeks with my 6th pregnancy. I exercise thru out my pregnancies, and stay really active and pretty healthy, but always deal with the "normal" aches and pains of pregnancies. This was by far the best I have ever felt in my 3rd trimester. As long as I did one of the videos every day or two, my hip pain completely dissapeared - even sleeping was comfortable!!! My sciatica totally stopped and that has plagued me during every pregnancy. I've pushed anywhere from 1 - 3 hrs in my other labors, and despite being posterior, this baby came out beautifully in just a few pushes. I could really just cry thinking about how grateful I am for the bloom method. I havent been able to do jumping jacks or jump on the tramp, sneeze without legs crossed or laugh spontaneously without a little leaking since my first babe was born 13 years ago, and now I can do those things without being afraid I will have to change!!! My 3 finger width diastisis has closed to just under 1 finger width and I am only 4 months postpartum. I am so incredibly grateful for this program. I feel more connected to my pelvic floor than ever and cant wait to see how my body will progress. Thank you, thank you 100xs over for this thoughtful, extremely intuitive, life changing program!

Challenging Pregnancy Workout + Safe....
I struggled in my first trimester to find a workout that felt like a workout but that still was safe for my growing baby. A friend recommended Bloom Method, and I loved it! The workouts were challenging, but I could also be confident that they were safe. In addition, the 'birth marathon' training helped me to develop stamina & techniques that helped during labor. Plus, the postpartum series helped me to quickly get back into workout shape quickly and safely. I loved Bloom Method and recommend it to all of my friends who get pregnant!

I can't recommend the Bloom Method enough
I think your program is amazing! It has really helped me to reconnected to my body postpartum, to heal my slight diastasis recti and stay strong and healthy. I have been using your program since I was 3 days post-partum and my son will be 1 next week. I really like that I could start the program so soon after birth. I love that your platform has so many options that progress with me and continue to challenge me.

The Bloom method changed my connection to my core and body
I was a very active and strong yoga teacher, but after several months of extreme hyperemisis gravidarum in the beginning of my pregnancy I was left with no muscles, I looked like a ghost of my former self. After that I struggled with pretty severe PGP and SPD that just got worse as the pregnancy progressed. After giving birth I was still struggling with an unstable pelvis causing a lot of pain, but I started the bloom method's 4th trimester rehab series a few weeks after my daughter was born and slowly but shorly I got better. Because of my background as a yoga teacher I already had knowledge on breath and how important it is to activate my muscles correctly, but I still learned so much and created a deeper connection to my core than I've ever had before after going through the 6 week rehab series. To sum it up, I did hardly any exercise at all throughout my entire pregnancy, which by the way was with my second child, and despite all that I was in better shape and felt stronger and more connected to my body within the first month or two after giving birth to my second baby, than I did after a year and a half postpartum with my first baby. I highly recommend any pregnant mama or postpartum mama to join Studio Bloom, you will not regret it.

This program saved my abs
This program saved my abs, if not defined them. I wanted to be able to workout without having"momma" related issues. I have regained my strength, core and have the techniques to continue being strong and fit for my kiddos. Thanks Brooke and Charleen... I love the butt kicking.

Great Experience During and After Pregnancy
Workouts are challenging, diverse and effective! The App works great for travel. I'm convinced this program helped me stress less during my last pregnancy, recover faster and helped my endurance/ muscle awareness during my first non-medicated labor and delivery.

Effective, versatile exercise program
Love this exercise program! I had a lot of postpartum pelvic pain after giving birth to my daughter, and finally gave this a try about a year postpartum. Since starting the Bloom method, my pelvic pain has gotten so much better, and I love that my workouts can be so flexible and at home!

Without Bloom, I don't know where I'd be
I have lower back issues that were exacerbated by an auto accident a couple years ago--but, let's face it, I'm also 5'11", so my spine is a lot to contend with. As an extremely active person, I was terrified that I would spend my entire pregnancy bedridden with a busted back. The Bloom Method helped me see there is more to pregnancy than pain, that there is a whole world of possibility pre- and post-pregnancy, and a new sense of fitness and health I had yet to tap into.
I'm currently in week 33 and use Bloom's online resources 2-4 times a week. I feel stronger and more capable than ever--not only am I still up and moving, I never though I'd be taking HIIT classes in my third trimester! I love the community they've built; how they not only provide moderations for us prenatal mamas, but often have instructors or participants modeling said moderations as they work within their own pregnant bodies. I love the collaboration with physical therapists and other body care professionals. I've even found myself tearing up with some of the instructor's encouragement, telling us we CAN, but also, we don't HAVE TO--ultimately, we need to listen to ourselves. Listen to our bodies. Reconnect with our breath. Reconnect with our core. Connect with our baby. Become strong from within.
Thank you, Bloom, for helping me see what both I and my body are capable of. For protecting me and my growing baby and giving me hope for my future sense of wellbeing.
