I have loved my entire experience with Studio Bloom! I relied on it during my pregnancy to substitute my crossfit style lifting and semi-professional soccer life by supporting me as well as challenging me! I am now relying on it postpartum to recover! The knowledge, support and structure is all fabulous. I've never been a fitness class person, but I was an every single day kinda studio girl! Can't say enough and Brooke and other instructors are available for support! :)

I'm a pelvic floor physical therapist and I specialize in chronic pelvic pain. The Bloom Method is the only training program on the market that teaches abdominal strengthening/lengthening (and pelvic floor strengthening/lengthening) the way that I do! I recommend this to more than my pregnant and postpartum clients!
Bloom Method has helped me for sure!
Bloom Method has helped me keep connectivity with my core during my second pregnancy. I am 34 weeks along, and I can still activate my pelvic floor and TVA muscles with no trouble! I still have the normal aches and pains that come with a growing belly, but I don’t feel as stiff and wobbly as I did with my first pregnancy three years ago. I am looking forward to doing the postpartum workouts after this pregnancy!

Fast and Effective
I love the Bloom Method! It’s been great to know that the workouts for postnatal recovery are safe and already planned for me. After finishing those, I love that I can jump on for just a short amount of time and do a workout without having to plan any of it! I feel like the program is challenging and effective in helping me get my body where I want it.
Brooke seems to have a good understanding of a mama's core
I enjoy the workouts. Brooke seems to have a good understanding of a mama's core changes before during and after pregnancy. There is a lot of repetition in the more basic videos and a lot of talking throughout, some instructional, and some..motivational. over all engaging.
Plus, I used prior to my 4th birth, and it was far and away my easiest labor. I know each time is going to be different, but i felt so much more in tune with my body this time. i was more perceptive of the work my uterine muscles were doing and I breathed into each contraction first opening my pelvic floor and then pulling my abs in tight. When time came, I was able to have really productive pushes. My water broke with my first hard push, I gave 2 more pushes and babe was out.

LOVE LOVE LOVE The Bloom Method. Since COVID lockdown began, I've been losing out on a 2 mile walk during my commute every day. So, when I found out I was pregnant over the summer, I knew I needed to find something to keep me moving, and that's when I came across the Bloom Method. It has honestly been such a saving grace for me. I do some type of strength/cardio workout followed by yoga almost every night, and it has seriously helped center me during these strange times. I actually look forward to working out now. I absolutely LOVE how it's curated specifically for pre and post natal mammas. It's super easy to navigate and I can honestly say I've noticed a difference in my strength since I started it. I have recommended this program to anyone who will listen :)
The Bloom Method's Approach is Just What I Need
The Bloom Method has been so helpful postpartum. I wish I knew about it when I was pregnant. Brooke is amazing! Her approach is spot on. They aren't about "getting your body back", whatever that even means, but instead about healing the pelvic floor and core, which are so key to recovering after childbirth. I'm continually impressed with the number of classes that they offer. I specially love their challenges, where they put together a series of their trainings. I love supporting a fellow mama business owner. And, they are a Colorado company too! Love. Love. Love.

Every woman, mother or not, young and old NEEDS to know how to use this method!!! As a mom of four girls, I will be using it to teach my young ones from an early age how to safely workout and engage their core and pelvic floor 💗
LOVE during & after pregnancy
I found an amazing Bloom Method coach to teach me on the fundamentals early on in my second pregnancy, then the remaining of my pregnancy I followed The Bloom Method app. I used everything I learned in labor & Delivery and did amazing! I'm now following the postnatal 4th trimester and so excited to see how my postpartum journey goes!
Best Mama Workouts! Hands down!
I was an avid fitness junkie before I was pregnant, and continued through my first two trimesters with my normal workout routine. But as I shifted into my third trimester, my regular workouts were not cutting it, and while researching mama-friendly workouts stumbled upon Studio Bloom. I started with the foundations videos the first week of my third trimester and have continued it through my postpartum period, and have not looked back once! I cannot say enough how much more confident and strong I felt going into my birth, as well as how prepared I felt to tackle recovery afterwards. I have a deeper understanding of my pelvic floor and core than I ever have and it is completely thanks to Studio Bloom. There are a variety of workout types, calendars and programs you can choose from, and feel tailored to you as a mama in that moment. Also, there is a Facebook community of members who are supportive and willing to answer questions anytime you feel stuck - workout related or not!
