Me pedí el carro Venecia vainilla claro pensando que como sale en la foto es un beige tirando a blanco,y al llegar era gris,e intentado de mil maneras hablar para que me lo cambien y la única respuesta esq van a preguntar a venecci sobre el color,les e seguido hablando ya que tengo derecho a devolución,para q me devuelvan el dinero o me cambien el color,y al no recibir respuesta e decidido quedarme lo y la ir a montarlo el capazo viene con una rotura imun poco rasgada la tela entonces ahora sí que exijo mi devolución pero no me contestan ,me parece una estafa ya que tienen una política de devolución que no están respetando,lo cual pondré una reclamación en consumo pero quiero ponerlo por aquí porque cuando vas a comprar te atienden muy bien pero luego no contestan

I bought a car seat and waited for 2 months and still not shipped and there are no customer service at all!

Order placed 18th July from Japan. No communication other than a confirmation email. Reached out by email and by whatsapp - told there would be an update with shipping information at the end of this week (week beginning 27th July). No confirmation it has even been sent. Emails asking about this have not even been replied to.

I recently ordered a Recaro Xenon 1 car seat from Best Baby Catalog and being based in Sydney Australia, I was initially quite hesitant as I don’t often order significant items from overseas retailers.

The entire experience was very positive! The shipping took approximately one month from the date of purchase to arrive in Australia. Throughout the process, the communication from Leonardo was excellent which gave me reassurance.

I order a child seat chair (recaro axion 1 pepita) i was a bit worried in the begging because of the older comments, but i give it a chance, i ordered on the 10 of April,on the 11th May got a msg from Leonardo with the tracking number,and received the package on the 20th of May
